Went to move in my child and the apartment was absolutely disgusting and had a horrible smell. The key did not unlock the door, so maintenance had to put a new doorknob on, also there was not mattress or dresser. The kitchen, and refrigerator was also just disgusting. The staff and manager was very apologetic and great, just would not recommend living there because overall the apartment was dirty and had dead bugs everywhere. I know off campus housing is not always great, but I expected it to be kept up and clean.

I will not be living here again, for MANY reasons. For starters, my roommate had to put in several work orders before they finally came to fix what she needed. Even then they didn’t fix it until again several work orders later. On top of that, there’s a nasty odor that comes and goes. It smells of sewage and trash, and I know it’s not our house because we clean everything almost daily. The paint on the walls are constantly peeling, and is on the floor. The vents look like they’ve NEVER been cleaned before and are infested with black mold. The black mold also grows on the walls, and in the cabinets. The amount of spiders I’ve killed, as well as cockroaches, due to my window not being fully sealed. In regards to our dryer, it quite literally doesn’t work unless we run it 3 times. Since living here there’s been multiple crimes. People spray painting cars and people’s front doors. Within the first few weeks of living here my roommates car was stolen. We’ve had multiple items from our apartment go missing, and most likely stolen (and we lock our door upon entering and leaving), and we’ve had multiple shootings (one of which that was right outside our front door). All of that, and they don’t have working cameras even with the amount of people complaining. My largest concern, is that they don’t spray for any bugs. That being said, I do have a dog. We’ve been battling fleas for about 2 months now. For instance, I brought her in last night from being at home and found 8 fleas on her, and 2 on myself. She has scabs all over her body from this. Not only that, but they do NOT take care of their dog park. It is extremely disgusting and filled with other people’s dogs feces literally at all times. There’s so many problems with this place that I haven’t even listed, and I’m quite ready to move out now… and if it wasn’t for my lease I would be.

Very unprofessional! Apartment was absolutely disgusting before we even moved into it, had to clean the entire place. Mold was in majority of the appliances. Most of the time the back gate isn’t open. The gym is closed on the weekends and anytime the office is closed. The speed bumps are way to big. Parking in front of your building can be difficult depending on where you are placed. During game season depending on which building you are in you can hear the football team practicing same goes for home games. Lots of traffic during the football game season.THE WIFI IS CONSTANTLY GOING OUT. People don’t pickup there dog poop. Maintenance takes forever. Also the walls are thin, I can literally hear my neighbors. I can hear my roommates conversation they aren’t even talking that loud. Street lights don’t work at the back.

This glorious residence has granted me the outstanding ability to prosper in my academics while having fun in my own housing. When I get a teensy bit too heated in Fortnite, the walls provide substantial muffling so that my wonderful roommates should not be disturbed by my inability to get that Fortnite dub.

This staff are very kind and quickly come to your aid if you need anything. The monthly food and events are also great and in a way you get some money back from the rent. The new carpet is very nice and the rooms are a good size. Its pretty quiet which I quite appreciate. My favorite part has a gym goer is the gym in the leasing office. Being able to go after work and it always be clean and quiet is the best.
