Proximity At 10th, greenville-nc

We had a great experience with our son living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The landscaping is always taken care of, and the common areas are kept in excellent condition. The management team has been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I’ve lived at the Proximity for almost 2 years now and have loved my experience! The maintenance always fix any issues in a timely manner, the apartment has lovely amenities, and all the staff members are so friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Loran and Jayden especially, they have both always been so kind and helpful to me!!!

Jayden went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had, making sure I felt comfortable, and even helped me with some issues that I had come across with losing my keys. Any inconvenience i’ve had, the Proximity has helped me with. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

The Proximity is a great apartment complex! The amenities here are amazing, and our apartment is so nice. I love having my own room and bathroom. The pool is fantastic and the workers in the office are so helpful and kind!

THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE AND SO IS THE MANAGEMENT! All these reviews must be paid because this is the absolute worst place to live. There’s so many roaches and so much mold, yet they refuse to take care of it. Rent is ridiculously expensive and on top of that, they will nickel and dime you for everything! They close the office early without notice, and you can only get packages when they’re open. Management is useless and horrible. I wanted to move out after the first 2 months of living here, did not resign and will warn everyone against living here. So many better options (that are still within walking distance) with better management and cheaper prices.
