You really can’t beat the price, but it comes with a sacrifice of your privacy and independence. It’s a great substitute for the dorms but you get about as much entitlement to the space as a dorm, especially with the new management. They are more involved which means they’re quicker to address maintenance issues but also way too involved in your business, constantly emailing about new rules that really make you feel like you’re in a dorm: guests only in visiting hours, guests can’t stay more than 3 days consecutively and can only stay over night once a month, no more than 6 people can hang out in your room at any given time (who’s policing this? what are you, our parents?), no substances at all regardless of whether you’re of age, regular apartment inspections with supposed 24-hour notice but the 24-hour notice page is dated for the day before it was posted (it’s supposed to be 24 hours IN ADVANCE), no way to turn off the fire alarm ( which goes off practically every time someone tries to cook bacon or has their toaster on the wrong setting) without an “RA” coming to check you weren’t smoking, and NO NOTICE when they moved a new person into a room that had been vacant half the year over spring break. She just entered the apartment, no warning. I think management was hoping we’d all be gone for spring break and come back to a whole new person that the didn’t give us time to make room for? This isn’t fair to us or her! There’s also no air conditioning and they let themselves in, in the summer, to remove all our window screens to power wash the building and never came to put them back in. The windows are hard to keep open to put the screens in and they do not allow in window air conditioning units, so basically they would have us broil in here. They do have regular events that are good for meeting people and are affordable. If you're going to community college and still want the college dorm experience, this is a great option. The living spaces are pretty nice and roomy, you have the option to have your own room for cheap. We were lucky to get a beautiful corner unit with a nice view. The maintenance is always on top of it now. So it’s not all bad, but it was kind of pitched to me as a student friendly foot into independent living and it is no longer independent! They are all up in our business and insist on controlling many areas of our lives with no notice. If you’re looking for independent living or really just a normal apartment, don’t move here.

Great place for students attending LCC or UO. Welcoming staff and lots going on. Great blend of people and very secure grounds. It’s structured similar to a college dorm with an RA on each floor, but you have the freedom of an apartment.

We toured the building about six months before we decided to move our son into it. At the time the building itself was generally not clean, but we were told with it being towards the end of the school year, things were a little bit more messy than they usually and they just needed to bring in a cleaning crew. Fast-forward to September, the building looked the same. We let it slide, figuring since it was move-in week there would be a lot more traffic than typical. After meeting our son’s roommates, it was evident there was no consideration for matching him with like interests, one roommate was a man that lived in his car and is not a student. Upon move-in, we did notice there were things that were left behind by the previous tenants. The carpets in the apartment were filthy so we brought in our own carpet cleaner and went over his carpet several times each time dumping black dirt water. After three weeks the building was still in disarray with no evidence of vacuuming or attempted cleanups of carpet stains. The area where Titan Court is located is truly not the best area. The building itself does not have any type of security other than needing to use your key fob to get in. We were allowed to enter without a key fob by other students just Holding the door for us. There is only one elevator for the entire floor. Also one working printer for all the tenants in the building, Just bring your own ink as our son found the first week of moving in the printer was out of ink and it took two weeks to get it replaced. When we decided to terminate the lease, I physically went to the office during posted hours, two times, and nobody was ever there. I called two or three times And left messages regarding our termination, and the fact that we had already moved out. Six months after moving out, we are still getting charged for the apartment insurance, which we signed up through the Titan website. Upon contacting Titan, they stated they no longer bundle the apartment insurance with rent and they could not help me. So I am still working with them trying to get this resolved. Beware this “company” is not ran well. The building is not maintained well and is not in a good location. Do your research of everything available.

The old management is better than what the new management is doing. I miss when we had events that people actually enjoyed, management doesn’t care about you in the slightest they just want money. Don’t move here.

You have no right to gaslight your tenants by saying 'if the sounds of happy children causes you distress, we are happy to accomodate you.' THEY WOULDN'T HAVE HAD AN ISSUE IF THIS WAS INFO PROVIDED WHEN THEY SIGNED THE LEASE. I signed for $50 / $100 gift card when I moved in 2020 and have yet to receive it. Emailed them until the end of my lease and went to the desk multiple times. This is money loitering as they make nothing from students who receive government funding. Hopefully you have a lot of tenants studying to be lawyers.
