If 0 stars were an option I would give it. Parents & students BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES ON CHECKOUT! We have been disputing false charges since August, with The View on Pavey Square, provided photos without A response. I followed up multiple times and the response was it takes 2-3 mos. to review. Today I was contacted a credit agency! Even though the contract does not say they will charge you for cleaning & misc expenses they DO! Worst leasing experience ever. You have other choices, consider them.

5 Stars – A Great Living Experience for Our Student with Exceptional Staff Support Our child is a returning student at The View on Pavey and recently relocated to a different unit within the building. As parents, we've been extremely impressed with the overall experience—especially the outstanding support provided by Josh from the maintenance team. Josh has been incredibly attentive, helpful, and kind throughout the move. He made sure the new unit was in excellent condition and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready. It’s a real comfort knowing there’s someone on-site who is not only skilled and responsive, but also genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents. The location is another major benefit. Just minutes from campus and within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife, it offers the perfect balance of convenience for both academic and social life—all without the need for a car. While I’ve seen some reviews raise concerns, our experience has been quite the opposite. For example, during the move-out from our child’s previous unit, we noticed a leak in a utility closet due to a broken AC drip pan in the unit above. I reported it, and within minutes, maintenance staff were on-site assessing the issue. By the next morning, they had removed the damaged ceiling and installed commercial fans to dry everything out properly. Things can and do break—just like in any home—but the true measure is how a team responds. In this case, we were impressed with how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. Knowing our child is living in a well-maintained building with a responsive, caring team provides real peace of mind. We’re truly grateful to Josh and the entire staff at The View on Pavey for making this such a positive experience.

I was in a very bad situation with my roommates and was looking to move quickly and the staff was so kind and accommodating! They made the process very quick and easy after hearing about my situation. The manager there (i think his name is Marcus) gave me a great deal on the apartment I wanted and seems to be extremely understanding of my circumstances. Overall I was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff and I cannot wait to move in!

oh the view on pavey where do I even begin. let me start by saying this is the only review you’ll want to read because every recent 5 star review was from someone that currently works there, so that’s awesome. let’s start from the beginning. my roommates and I were really excited to live here. great location, great employees, close to campus and night life, and an overall clean and great place to live. or so we thought. we all hoped that with the $1000+ rent per month that we were paying, we would have a great time, but that soon turned out to not be true. we were first told in our lease that there was parking available, but we weren't given any sort of price until after signing our lease, and only 3 days before move in. you basically have 2 options for parking here. pay $100/month to have your car locked in a jail that breaks down every time you need your car (this happened on several occasions) or pay $175/month to have normal street level parking. then we get to the actual living quarters. yes, the rooms are nice and having your own bathroom was a plus, but its essentially living in the dorms with a kitchen. oh, and every time you cook the fire alarm goes off which also turns of the AC!!! and don't even get me started on the AC. ours went out not once, not twice, but 8 different times over the course of the year. this includes 4 times just in the month of july. but don't worry, every time they are "fixing it" just give it about 3 days before it stops working again. we also had water coming out of our AC unit, dripping into our air filter (which hadn't been changed in 6 months) 2 weeks prior to moving out. additionally, our hot water heater stopped working a day before my summer internship. great timing if you ask me. it also took 4 days for them to fix that and I was without a hot shower. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. if you made it to the end of this review, i appreciate your time. and for anyone who just signed their lease here, good luck because this place sucks.

The entire place has smelt like sewage for multiple days. Cannot leave my room without getting nauseous. Also the trash is never taken out and there are maggots all over the garage trash cans! Has a lot of potential, just horrible management.
