650 Lincoln, columbia-sc

Our Junior moved in Aug. 22 into a 4th floor, 4 bedroom. Bedrooms are narrow and a little on the small side, however common areas are spacious enough for 4.

Super clean dorm with an apartment feel. Has a living room and full kitchen with dishwasher. Also has a stackable washer and dryer in each unit.

Very nice location, Management is well organized and communicates effectively and efficiently with residents. The staff is able to address all questions and help solve any issues. The maintenance staff is friendly and takes pride in their work and the property. The apartments are not huge but are very nice. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and plenty of storage. The bathrooms are a good size. The bedroom is decent in size, it has a double XL bed, a nice sized closet, and a small table top desk and not a lot of room for much else. The rent is expensive, but utilities are included so their are no hidden fees. Great location.

Awesome living space on campus! I'm a business student so having 650 Lincoln right next to Darla Moore is very convenient. It's also right next to the Colonial Life Arena so I can walk a super short distance to all the basketball games! I love that it has a pool and a movie theater so I have fun things to do when my friends come over. The management team is also wonderful and very friendly. Best place I've lived at on campus so far!

Pretty good place to live, owing to the great proximity to everything on-campus. The building itself is quite nice and has a pool (small and shallow, though), hammock area, gym (a little understocked and small) and a mail area as well. Each floor offers a game room with ping pong or some other game, and the ground floor has pool tables! However, it's kind of a facade for how cheap administration is. The furniture is serviceable but cheap, the rooms are small (especially the bedrooms, but you don't spend much time in them anyways), the grills are always so incredibly dirty, and the stoves and other appliances don't work correctly now and then (cracks, uneven heating, sink backing up into dishwasher). However, it's just sooooo convenient, location-wise, and if you make enough maintenance requests, in my experience things will always get replaced (new blinds, new washing machine and dryer, etc). Despite all downsides, it's a good place to live, and offers much more pros in the form of amenities and services than other places around campus. Oh, but be ready for the smell of weed. Its EVERYWHERE in this building
