Wouldn’t recommend living here. The place smell like marijuana every day. It’s so bad it comes through the walls and vents. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations that the neighbors have. They also charged “extra utilities” for the last month of rent of July and June and now apparently I owe $250 worth of utilities for this month even tho I’m moving out in a week and a half and my June utilities should’ve ranged around $70 as from previous months. They also change the WiFi password during your last month. I don’t have WiFi anymore Wasn’t notified about it either. Pool is closed down a lot. Lots of reckless stuff happens in the parking lot. Gunshots usually. My car has been hit multiple times. Outside staircase light in building K busted months ago and now it’s pitch black in the staircase at night which is a serious safety issue. The gates hardly work. There’s always glass and trash everywhere too. Most nights I worried about my safety here. There is also mold all around the bathroom ceiling vent, shower lining, and ac units. I’ve also had issues with bugs and ants crawling through the window seal in the living room

Stopped here recently and honestly had a really good experience. The property looked clean and well kept, and Ryan made the whole process feel comfortable instead of rushed or awkward like some places do. He was easy to talk to, answered questions straight up, and actually seemed like he cared. Definitely one of the better leasing experiences I’ve had.

I recently spoke with Ryan Hill while looking into apartments at The Radley and he was incredibly helpful and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, had a great attitude, and made the process feel welcoming and stress-free. Really appreciated his customer service!

DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. This is the absolute worst residence I have ever seen. Before I say anything, and before The Radley comes at me about previous management: not a single thing has changed since management change. Sure, y’all are putting up gates. Great. People can still get in by foot. The previous manager continued to be the manager after the name change for months, only recently has he resigned. 1. I paid for amenities and utilities I was not able to use. For over 6 months, I was without walls and ceiling because of a mold problem that took far too long to be resolved. Because of the wall and ceiling removal, I could not use my stove, half of the cabinets, half of the electricity in my kitchen, and it was dirty and bugs came in because of the structure of the building being exposed. I never had access to the gym or pool because to my understanding you had to use an app to unlock the gates, and for some reason I couldn’t make an account, and nobody cared to help. Work orders being put in everyday were ignored for months. I also couldn’t use the TV due to it being broken before moving in. 2. Security absolutely sucks. A lot of these reviews talk about a shooting that took place on September 9th that took a young mans life. I was the pedestrian struck by his car that he lost control of. My leg was crushed and broken, and I had a head injury. I was traumatized, and I begged management for any kind of assistance and I tried to break my lease (which, according to Cayce law enforcement, was good enough reason to break a lease) but they told me no. THIS WAS NOT THE ONLY SHOOTING!!! There have been many shots fired on this property, and I’ve heard stories about a gun being pointed and waved at another person, or somebody coming up to another persons door holding a gun. 3. Maintenance orders don't matter. Throughout my stay I probably put in over 50 work orders due to the awful structure and functionality of this place. 9 times out of 10 they were ignored. Plain and simple. I owe almost 400 dollars in cleaning and maintenance fees. I am responsible for some missing paint, not all of it. 400 dollars. make it make sense. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I know I have plenty reason to sue. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Save yourself the stress, trauma, and trouble.

Peyton and Dylan are amazing folks in the office. Top notch customer service, super knowledgeable, very responsive and patient. I must have called a million times with questions and they were steady with helping me. Thank you for all you do!
