’ve had a great experience living at Rivers Edge at Carolina Stadium. The staff here truly goes above and beyond! They’re professional, responsive, and always welcoming. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Maintenance has also been excellent. Requests are addressed promptly, and the work is done right the first time. It gives you real peace of mind knowing things are taken care of efficiently. The community itself is clean, well-kept, and in a great location. It’s a comfortable, safe place to call home, and you can tell management genuinely cares about the residents. I’m glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live in the area. — Tyler

I’ve had a great experience so far at River Edge Apartments in Columbia. The complex is in a really convenient location and the property is well kept. The atmosphere feels calm and comfortable, and the whole move-in process was smooth from start to finish. I especially want to shout out (Brian Myers ) for being so helpful and making everything easy. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and made sure I understood every step. It honestly made the whole experience stress-free.

We have had the opportunity to work with Tyreke, and I can honestly say he is excellent to work with. He is extremely responsive, communicates clearly, and truly cares about the residents and the condition of the property.

Was going to wait until after my lease ended before I left my one-star review but I don’t want anyone who’s looking at places for next year to fall for the same scam I have. To start, I moved into a unit with mold growing on bathroom fixtures and dead maggots in the refrigerator. My room had hairballs embedded into the carpet. The property management company claims they do quarterly inspections (including cleanliness inspections) (obviously they don’t take these very seriously). My dryer broke the week of Labor Day and three and a half months later, I still do not have a working dryer. The property manager claims that their “appliance supply vendor” has been backed up, but I have seen multiple units receiving new dish washers. This fancy appliance supplier seems to be Lowe’s ( I recognize the boxes as a former employee). I don’t understand how hard it is to go pick up a dryer from a store four miles away. I asked one of the maintainer workers about this holdup in October and was met with attitude. The maintenance workers here seem to be more focused on racing each other through the parking lot on their golf carts than answering maintenance requests. Other than that, the parking lots always have trash and the trash pickup they make us pay $10 a month for is unreliable. The place hasn’t had dog waste bags available at the stations for months so walking through the grass is like stepping through a minefield. There’s more issues, but these are the highlights. Stay away!

My daughter and her friends moved in this weekend. The move in procedures were organized, the workers patient and friendly. We had 2 mixups with a mattress and that super-hero staff got it taken care of, showing up twice even with all the other work they had going on. Sweating in the summer heat but efficient, smiling and polite. I ran in to two of the staff the next day, Samantha and Dominique and they were just as polite and friendly. My daughter was just as happy at lease signing in the spring. It gives me comfort that these newly adulting tenants are in great hands. The TV, spacious floor plans, hotel-style pool, pool table, coffee station, and porches are definitely noting like my college days.
