Redpoint truly deserves 0 stars. My experience living there was honestly very disappointing. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and had visible damages. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or inspected. I also submitted maintenance requests during my time there for issues that needed to be fixed, and they were never resolved because maintenance never came. It felt like concerns were just ignored. Safety was a huge issue as well. There were constant shootings and people breaking into cars in the apartment complex. The gates never worked, even though they advertise it as a gated community. After I moved out, I was charged for damage fees that I absolutely did not deserve. I sent videos and pictures the day I moved in that showed the exact same damages they charged me for, and it didn’t make a difference. Which again shows that maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Communication was also terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get in contact with someone in the office because they use AI to answer the phone. I left messages multiple times and never received a call back. Overall, it just felt like concerns weren’t taken seriously. Between the cleanliness issues, safety problems, lack of communication, and unfair charges, I would not recommend living here.

The literally WORST place I have lived at in Columbia. For the past semester ( Jan-May ), we were still expected to pay full amount of rent, even though we have told them multiple times that we have a roach infestation in our unit. We never had this issue before and are very cleanly roommates in the living space. We tried spraying, bleaching and using roach products to deter them from being in our living space, But they still come. We have told the office multiple times to schedule Pest control to come to our apartment every week, But since January, they have only came twice to our apartment. It is so disappointing that we are still expected to pay full rent, even though we cannot properly cook and use appliances in the kitchen and living room room because of fear of roaches crawling on our food, dishes, couches, etc. I do not recommend living here because they will not accommodate for you and will see it as a YOU problem instead of a problem.

The Management Team is dedicated, hardworking, and truly professional. They put in real effort to make sure residents feel comfortable and at home. This is a big property, and I consistently see them out and about making sure everything is in order. I want to heartily thank every individual who invests their time and energy into keeping this place running smoothly — from the small daily tasks to the bigger responsibilities. Their commitment has been an inspiration to me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — These five stars are for the Management Team.

If you respect yourself don’t live here. Everything is half ass maintained at best. Management may be bad but the residents aren’t much better. Every time I walk my dog there’s a new food someone threw on the ground for him to eat and for me to clean up later! All of the trash cans around the complex, especially the pet waste ones, are ALWAYS full. The trash people that are supposed to pick up my trash every weekday but Friday, come maybe once a week. “Security” likes to hide in random corners instead of securing, which is very obvious considering the amount of news reports coming from this area. Cherry on top is I had to pay a full months rent for August but wasn’t allowed to move in until the 16th. PS: Shoutout to the student employees who have to deal with everyone else complaining when in reality management is taking as much advantage of them as they are the rest of us! Cannot wait for this school year to be over! Oh also watch out for the broken glass everywhere 🫠

My homegirl stays out there and trust me repoint is so wrong for allowing towing there. Which honestly in the lease it states that you are allowed guest for three nights but they have to park in visitors parking “which they don’t have” so then you have to pickup a temp tag . But say you have an emergency or u didn’t know your plans later and you do happened have gues or whatever the case after the office closed , you can’t which goes against the lease . Since they aren’t open 24/7 to have passes for you whenever you may need it resuming and the towing which is $175 and 40 per day for your car . At the end of the day they are college students , paying rent and other expenses but now they are paying almost 200 to get their car out . And when you talk to management about it , they claim they don’t have a contract with the towing people , but when you call absolute towing they’ll tell you redpoint hired them to come out and tow . They let them in the gate or have them a code to were they able to access cars in the gate . And it’s just ridiculous and redpoint should feel assumed for that but knowing them they don’t their money hungry people . Then they call you a thousand times asking you to renew your lease but can’t work with the people who stay out there with this towing situation. I feel we should all get together and hire a lawyer for redpoint cause they need to redo the lease if that’s the case if not their going against it . I’ve talked to my grandma lawyer and he said we definitely have a case against the apartment company .
