They were SO AMAZING helping us out with everything! We had lots of questions, but Cariline was a ROCKSTAR and helped is with everything! I would 1000% recommend working with these fine folks any day of the week, they all rock! Had a huge problem with parking and they worked hard to make sure it was resolved!

I needed a place to live in Cedar City and the office staff were very kind, giving me the opportunity to stay at Stratton Apartments. I got a good idea of what independent life is like and living here was great. I will never forget the time I spent in Cedar City. I truly appreciate it, thank you!

Just a horrible management company. Wasn't going to leave a review, but I'm tired of this consistently inconsistent company. Told my daughter she had her own room back in April of 25. Checked in at the end of August and received keys to her place. When we got to the apartment, unlocked the door and walked in to her room only to find another student sleeping. Yes. They gave us a key to some other girls room and apartment. When we contacted them, they had no idea who was in the room. They had to figure out where my daughter was going to stay. Not one sorry. No apologies. Just a " it happens". On top of ALL of this, they will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Example; You pay a security deposit but if you're forced out during the summer, because of something on THIER end, you get a portion of your security deposit back, HOWEVER, they want another $100, sort of a good faith, that's saying you're coming back to that room. In fact, they raise the price during the summer where these kids either have to find another place to live or pay and additional fee. There are only a few dorms for this college and the majority of places in Cedar are owned by Leavitt and other management companies. I can't comment on their apartments for families, only the students they can gouge money from. There are many more problems, from the wifi that constantly goes out to maintenance that doesn't even announce themselves when they come in to the apartment. I'm sure my daughter has more to say, but this is from a father's perspective.

Shout out to Karlee at Leavitt Land. Me and my family moved to Cedar City from St. George, recently. She helped us find a place. Went above, and beyond, to help us get into a place. Gave me and my family stability, and fought for us in more ways than one. I highly recommend Leavitt Land, especially Karlee. If your looking for a place. They really care and are amazing to work with.

Okay, patience isn't my strongest attribute. The staff at LL&I were exceptional in their details, details like the condition of the apartment, coordinating with the local Housing Authority and helping me through the Appfolio process. I received my keys yesterday and I found the apartment in perfect condition. I did notice the walls appeared to be scuffed and then painted over. Even in the kitchen and living room. I eventually realized the walls were textured... D'oh! All in all I cannot complain. Got moved in for the most part and things are improving quickly. Thank you Anna for you diligence and smile.
