By far one of the worst places I’ve chosen to live in Cedar. Not only is management unprofessional, but lacks communication. There were no locks on our doors until the end of the lease, the rooms themselves were not what we were promised. “Luxury apartments” because where was the luxury. Maintenance often left a giant mess after they came and left. We would often get no warning and management would come over to do work. Too many roommates, I don’t recommend if you don’t want to live with a bunch of people. Issues were not addressed the way they should have been. As someone who works in customer service, they really need to work on their people skills. Not only that but money got taken out of my deposit because a main room was dirty, people were still living there after I moved and I know for a fact I left that kitchen spotless. Overall, horrible living experience and I do not see it getting better. I’m surprised so many people left positive reviews for these apartments because I know for a fact more than half the people living there did not enjoy it.

A+ student suites is a very nice apartment complex! Having a private room, with a lock, and private bathroom is a huge upside to living here! 9 roommates sounds overwhelming, but the open design on the main floor allows everyone to comfortably be in the space. I moved in when the building was brand new. There was a rough patch in the beginning but everything has now been figured out.

Living here in these private suites w private bathroom was amazing. Yes, they had a rough patch in the beginning for being newly built but that’s okay. I will say I met my roommates who are now my closest friends. Plus it has a great kitchen with lots of storage and great living room space for everyone!!

After having a rough start at the beginning, as all new buildings do, everything smoothed out and I enjoyed having my own private room with a bathroom was nice. Having a spacious living room and kitchen was amazing, especially having room to hang with my roommates. I also met my roommates who are now my close friends. I'm also only posting this because they said if we left a good review that we'd get a $5 gift card, now that i got my well deserved swig, I'm saying this place was difficult. The worst part is only getting locks in our private rooms after my roommate got a lawyer to deal with it. That same night, 4 of us got locked out after the new key didn't work and one of us didn't get one at all until a couple weeks after. Thank god one of our roommates was already home to let us in. Cherry on top, when we called that we couldn't get into our home, the lady whose name I don't remember, had the audacity to laugh like it was our fault. Don't recommend unless you want to deal with unprofessionals.

A+ Suites is very comfortable and modern. The high price makes sense since it is one of the most expensive student housing options in Cedar City. I moved in when the building was new, so I had some issues at first. I was promised an apartment for 6 people but was placed in one with 9. There were also random alarms, doors without proper locks, and some things breaking. Most of these problems are now fixed. The main downside is the distance. It is not a 12-minute walk, but closer to 25 minutes. Without a car, this can be inconvenient.
