Stadium Way Apartments, cedar-city-ut

I have honestly loved my time at stadium way. As far as amenities go, it's so nice to have wifi and laundry provided. I really love the social atmosphere as well. If you're looking for brand new, this probably isn't your place, but quality, good management, and social atmosphere are all there. The space is a little small, but it really gives you everything you need to be a successful college student. :)

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The building is clean, quiet, and well‑maintained, and any maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally. The location is perfect for students, close to campus, quiet enough to study, and still near everything you need. I’ve felt comfortable and supported during my time here, and I’d recommend it to any student looking for a reliable place to live.

I’ve been living at Stadium Way Apartments and overall my experience has been positive. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the university. The amenities are a nice bonus the clubhouse and jacuzzi add extra comfort and make the property feel more enjoyable. The area generally feels safe and fairly quiet.

Pretty good place, the apartments that have been renovated are really nice but even the ones that aren’t renovated are pretty good. Pricing is a little high compared to the surrounding areas but some people think it’s worth it for the social scene. Only problem I had was we didn’t have a vacuum when we moved in and we requested one multiple times and never got it. But other than they were quick with repairs and not a bad place to live.

I've lived here for 2 years while at school and have enjoyed it. I have not had any issues with management and if things need fixing, they respond pretty quick if you put in the maintenance request. The culture and people who live here is super fun too. It is a little pricier for an older, more rundown, complex but its relatively close to campus which is nice. I would recommend it.
