I don't have enough words to express how much I love this community, but I'm going to try. I've been here for over two months now, and continue to fall more and more in love with my life here each and every day. When searching for an apartment in Austin, I toured more than ten properties, but I kept coming back to The Mercury (literally). I visited three separate times to see different units as I kept changing my mind, and the team was always flexible, patient, communicative, and kind throughout the entire process. On move-in day, I received an unexpected call with some difficult family news and broke down in the leasing office. David, the building manager, offered me a sincere hug that I truly needed, and the team went above and beyond by sending cookies to my door. At a moment when I desperately wanted to be back home in PA, the irony of moving into a new apartment and being shown that I already had a true home here at The Mercury was incredibly comforting. It was in that bittersweet moment that I knew I had made the right choice by living here. The entire team is exceptional. From David, to Megan and Mackenzie in leasing, to Juan, Alfonso, and the rest of the maintenance crew, everyone is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. I find myself going downstairs often just to catch up with them! The events this team puts together are unmatched - themed happy hours, goat yoga, karaoke nights, parties, and so much more. The amenities are beautiful, well-maintained, and are all new. I'm so grateful to call The Mercury home, and I plan to do so for a long time to come. I truly can't recommend this place enough... clearly :)

Juan (who is the head of maintenance) and the entire maintenance team, is absolutely fantastic! They're not only incredibly responsive, they're also incredibly kind and proactive. I also feel like they treat my apartment with care. They will remove their shoes when requested, and they're really gentle in the space. Plus, I always feel safe having them enter my home, which feels really important. Huge thank you to Juan and his team.

Loving our apartment here at Mercury. The location is great, so many eateries nearby and HEB. Apartments itself are very pretty. The blue and white with gold details had my heart when I came for the tour. The management is very sweet. A bug shout out to Megan. We love you Megan! I am def staying here for long

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at The Mercury. Having lived on many different properties, I can confidently say this has been the best by far. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and in an unbeatable location—just seconds from downtown, amazing restaurants, walking trails, and easy access to the highway. There’s always something to do, and it truly feels like home. What really sets The Mercury apart, though, is the team. Megan and David, along with the entire staff, do a phenomenal job. They are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents and the community they’ve created. You can feel the difference in how everything is managed—it’s seamless, welcoming, and thoughtfully run. I highly recommend The Mercury to anyone looking for a place that combines location, quality, and exceptional service. It’s truly been an amazing experience living here.

I recently toured The Mercury and had such a great experience! The property itself is beautiful, well-kept, and has a really inviting atmosphere. What really made the tour stand out, though, was Megan and Makenzie. They were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the people who walk through the door. They made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable, which goes a long way when you’re looking for a new place. Definitely recommend checking out The Mercury and asking for Megan or Makenzie if you can!
