I recently toured the property and had the absolute pleasure of working with Ximena as my leasing agent. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and tailored the tour to meet my needs. Ximena was thorough in explaining all the features of the community, amenities, and the leasing process, making everything feel clear and straightforward. What really stood out was her genuine enthusiasm and professionalism she made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions (even the small ones) gave me a lot of confidence in the property and management team. If you’re considering leasing here, I highly recommend asking for Ximena she truly goes above and beyond!

The apartment complex is mediocre at best. When i first moved in, the apartment was not ready. I had driven 6 hours and was expecting my apartment to be ready by noon. Instead, the apartment was not ready until 8 pm. The "upgraded version" is far from upgraded, we had to beg for a new washer and dryer. The apartment I was shown was the manager's messy apartment, and he was there eating on the sofa. The apartment I was promised looks nothing like the one I currently have. The floors were stained with paint and the furniture was damaged. All of our fire sprinkler system were left covered with tape and our fire extinguisher was left empty. The paint job was done in a hurry, leaving parts uneven, my bathtub paint is coming off. We have submitted countless work orders as "emergency orders", they take up to two weeks. Maintenance crew fixed a leak in our restroom and left water inside our cabinets. The brown water was disgusting and looked like water with feces, it straight up looked like If someone with diarrhea had defecated inside my cabinets. They also knock down the curtain and did not bother to put it back. I read over my lease, this apartment complex is "fully furnished", we have 2 common area chairs on our table and there is 4 of us. It has gotten to the point that I keep my complaints to myself because talking to them is like talking to the wall. They constantly change management, the previous manager is not there anymore because "he left voluntarily" about 3 weeks ago. The management is negligent and does not reason. The gates do not work and they have not bother to fix them in about 3 months. That is my concern, since they claim not to be liable for any vandalism, burglary, or bodily injuries. I get better service staying at the cheapest hotel in town. They recently (today) came to "fix" the ac, they looked at it, left, and did not come back. The "roommate matching" is irrelevant and serves of no purpose. My advice, if you move here, keep all your documents because they lose them. If you are looking to move in, just read the reviews, they are accurate. It is quite uncomfortable and inconvenient to live here. They only have that many 1 star ratings because people were being generous, oh and because google does not have a lower standard of rating.Thank god we got the upgraded version or otherwise we would be living inside tents.

Terrible management and staff. Very unresponsive and they lie about a lot of things. I signed a lease for an upgraded unit and we never received our new furniture and appliances. We have asked many times for them. It is unbelievable how terrible they are. When I moved in, they had not even cleaned out my room nor painted it. Maintenance will take a while to come fix anything AND management and staff have no accountability for their misleading information. They will charge you fees even when it's their fault. They claim that they never lied about renter's insurance policy but they did. You can't reason with them. Apartments are okay and in good location but TRUST ME you don't want to deal with the front office. They can give you multiple headaches. Just DON'T live here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. All these reviews with 5 stars are definitely fake and are written with incentive to gain something. This is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. This place used to be very decent until it was bought and changed to the Vibe halfway through the lease, and since then everything has gone down hill. The parking lot and everywhere else is littered with trash, bug and roach infestations have hit us hard, with management only sending pest control twice. We have put in many work orders, and only the quick fixes are actually addressed. Both of the tubs in my unit are in desperate need of resurfacing and countless work orders have been put in, and they have been ignored for 7 months now. The previous management also used to accept packages in the front office but for some reason that is no longer an option. Packages now get dropped on your front door, and unless you immediately grab them they get stolen after about 10 minutes. Management does not care about any of these issues and has no plans to fix anything. Also good luck getting anyone on the phone for any reason. Short of physically walking into front office to speak to someone, it is impossible to contact anyone at any point of the day. I think for the past 6-7 months I have only been able to talk to someone on the phone 2 times, every other time its just the automated answering machine that asks you to leave a message that the office will never respond to anyways. Avoid the Vibe on Riverside at all costs.
