Wharton Rentals, athens-ga

I lived at 92 N Congress and it was a very spacious house that 7 girls could comfortably live in. We did have some issues with plumbing due to past tenants and a bit of a bat crisis from the fireplaces. But, the house is around 150 years old so I’ll give them some grace in that area. Another annoyance that was out of Wharton’s control was that the church right next to us started construction the first day of classes :/ However, the parking in the back was AMAZING. 8 spaces. Was a good college house!

I lived at dollhouse, such a spacious house if you are looking to live with all your friends! Bryan and his team have taken care of us so well, If we ever had a problem they were there the next day and if not, sometimes the day of! my roommates and I love our house and if your looking to rent, definitely go through him!

Wharton rentals was great!! I lived at 37 west state street for two years, and absolutely loved it. Whenever we had an issue Bryan Wharton was very responsive and helpful. So sad to leave but definitely recommend!

As a parent who has been involved in the rental process in Athens for the past six years, Wharton Rentals has been the best experience of all. Bryan keeps his properties in good condition and is always responsive to any concerns or maintenance issues. He is extremely accommodating, approachable, and respectful of his tenants. Our daughter lives at 39 N College and has been nothing but happy with her living arrangements. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and beyond expectation. When she approached us her freshman year to sign a rental contract for her senior year, we were a little skeptical, but took the leap of faith and are so glad we did! Her experience has been amazing, and we would not hesitate to do it again! My only regret...I can't return to college and live in such an amazing place with fabulous landlords! Be sure to take a look! You won't regret the decision!
