University Courtyard Apartments, athens-ga

I moved in Courtyard apartment since 2023 as undergraduate student and I moved out after I graduated from grad school in Engineering. This place carried alot of memories for me. I would like to thank leasing office agents specifically Nickey and Corey for their fabulous hospitality and helpful service that they tried hard to provide it for us as residents. They’re very kind leasing office agents.

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with this company that owns these apartments and runs these apartments. These apartments are housing for college students. They are mostly set up with four rooms sharing one big common space so it’s in between a dorm and being in your very own apartment. They have a wonderful pool a wonderful area for the students to use for studying and printing things and faxing things. They have a lot of fun things for the students to participate in there at the apartments. There is public transportation that runs several times a day to the university and I believe other places as well. And I cannot tell you how wonderful Chris the property manager is he is one of the nicest people I have met in a very long time and he has done wonderful things to help my daughter get settled in this apartment situation. This is her first apartment and Chris has made it a wonderful experience for the family. and I want to tell everybody who’s thinking about sending their children to ohio university that this is a wonderful option for their junior and senior year. Thank you to everybody there and as a sidenote, my daughter‘s apartment and most of the apartments that face the west have one of the most amazing sunsets. I have seen in a very long time☀️☀️

Nikkie is absolutely amazing! She answers all my questions and doesn’t make me feel like I’m being a bother. She’s patient and is such a people’s person! I enjoyed talking to her about Courtyard and if I do choose courtyard at the end of the day it will be because of Nikkie, she is so knowledgeable and smart!! Thank you for making the search easier!
