Your kids are in great hands if they rent through Athens Ohio Rentals! I experienced first hand how caring, kind and wonderful the landlord Scott and his crew truly are!! They went above and beyond for my son this week when he could not find his passport that he thought he brought home since he needed to have for a trip this summer. Being several hours away and hoping to not have to drive back to campus to search for it, not even sure if it was even there, we reached out to Scott (who could hear the worry in this moms voice!) who without hesitation, offered to have his guys go to my sons house to look for it. Early the next morning after speaking to him the evening before, we received a text from Scott saying his guys found it and he would mail it to us right away! I can't tell you how relieved we were and more importantly how thankful we were that Scott and his crew took time out of their own work day to help put a mother, and her son, at ease!! Talk about going above and beyond!! We honestly can't thank them enough!! This is the second year my son and his roommates will be renting from Scott and I can truly say he has been wonderful, kind and considerate to these boys!! He has always gotten back to me and the boys quickly when we have reached out to him with any questions and/or concerns we have had. He is always nice, polite and professional when I talk to him too!! Thank you so very much Athens Ohio Rentals for being awesome, compassionate and outstanding in what you do!! You guys really are the BEST!!

Tyler & Ashley Gleeson were AMAZING landlords! Their properties are clean and well kept. Any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. They were very accommodating when my son was gone for holidays and after graduation for move out. Tyler was always quick to answer messages and stepped in to help out if needed. Communication was also top-notch! We HIGHLY recommend Gleeson Properties. Fair pricing, nice properties, and great people!

Scott Hunter/Athens Ohio Rentals was our first experience with private rental property and we couldn’t be happier! He gets it that parents are balancing between their college kids doing the process independently and needing to have a little information! He is very approachable and a wonderful person.
