Bramall Court is solid! It’s close to campus and the city, so you’re where you need to be. The rooms are decent, rent’s affordable, and the staff get things done. There’s 24/7 security on-site, a huge parking space, reliable Wi-Fi. A gym and a lift would be nice additions, but overall, it's a safe and convenient place to live.

YUGO is the biggest scam they do with the students. They offer different prices to each other , that you will not even know the price you are paying is more expensive compared to another person. Another worst thing is the they will respond so rudely, if you ask about this in Reception. You will not even have any cancellation options after entering in it. There will be only one option that you have to give it(Tenancy Takeover) to others. Never choose this.

I use to like this place long before but now I hate this management They sent mail saying that they gonna clean our kitchen asked us to not to keep any stuff in the frizz for one week, I don't know how other students are gonna manage this. It's been 3 days Every day they come early in the morning and asks us to not to keep any stuff outside. I don't know why they are taking this much long to clean the rooms.
