Lovely place, love my studio- plenty of space and storage, clean, and all amenities are working and in great condition. Special mention to Bradley who has been super helpful and supportive through my move, always on hand and happy to help! Very welcoming and friendly :)

Great location for ntu city campus, shops and public transport (tram and bus stops only a 5 minute walk away). The building has cameras at the entrance, as well as a fob access gate and front door so you always feel safe in and around the building. The staff are lovely, Bradley is always a warm, welcoming face whose there to support you with any questions or concerns you may have. Downstairs there is a recreation room and cinema room, perfect for making new friends in the accomodation. These rooms are also utilised for building socials, such as the welcome party the accomodation team organised, which allowed everyone to get to know eachtoher and removed the awkwardness of meeting new people. Any maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and there is a laundry room in the buidling which is very helpful. Overall I've had nothing but a great experience at the Rise so far and will definitely be staying here again next year!

I had a lot of problems about my studio. The shower is constantly clogged (I am a girl but I have never had this type of problem elsewhere). The plates are put in any way. In addition, there is no host so you will smell food all the time. I had a lot of insects in my bathroom. The bed is very uncomfortable. I left this studio as soon as I could. I do not recommand.

I had a wonderful stay here! My studio was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect-quiet but close to transport, the city centre, and plenty of shops. A big thank you to Bradley for being so helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.
