Avoid at all costs. Will not return your deposit and will simply ignore your emails and contact attempts. This company is calculated, and disgraceful and have wronged my house and I as well as others that we know. Not to mention that management and communication throughout the year was extremely poor.

This company will take money from your deposit at the end of the tenancy regardless of the condition you leave the property in — even if it is in a better state than when you moved in. When we challenged these unjustified deductions and asked for evidence, they simply stopped responding to emails altogether, clearly hoping we would give up rather than pursue legal action. They also failed to protect our deposit within the legally required timeframe, only doing so around three months after it was paid. Do not use this company unless you are prepared to lose a significant portion of your deposit for dubious reasons and be ignored when you try to hold them accountable.

My review from years ago was deleted but I advise that you DO NOT rent with this corrupt company. They stole my entire £500 deposit for literal dust and make exaggerated claim about redecoration works and soiled mattresses. Seen several fraudulent reviews from their own staff and contractors. One member of staff violated my tenancy agreement by entering my studio apartment unannounced / without 24hrs notice. Avoid Uni2Scam like the plague!!

By far the most incompetent company I have ever used. They left us without a washing machine for 1 month at the start of the tenancy, we never once had contact with our landlord Aarti, they didn’t send us our deposit back after the tenancy ended and completed ghosted us once we left the house. Do not use this company , you and all your problems will be ignored and you will not get your deposit back at all.

Horrible company. had multiple issues that weren't sorted, or sorted several months after reporting. this includes black mould in both bathrooms, rats (which we were told was our fault, however there was a hole in the property under the boiler?), the coffee table and brush being broken on arrival and not rectified, boiler leaking for several days on end, being without hot water for MONTHS, windows broken, doors not shutting, disgusting table etc etc. maintenance and management were slow or ignored our problems. They then proceeded to withhold some of our deposit without informing us why, and when asked for a reason, cleaning the living room we left clean and cobwebs were given as a reason. still trying to get deposit back from them months after. please students do not rent from this company, worth more trouble than good. Eventually managed to get part of the deposit back through my deposits, during the process they were consistently slow on uploading evidence, seeming to drag it on so much maybe thinking I’d drop the issue. If you are going to rent, prepare yourself with photos and videos, don’t bother talking to them go straight to my deposits for any disputes. make sure they give u a breakdown of their “invoice for cleaning” so you can dispute it. would give 0 stars if I could
