About this property
Students usually notice two things during their first few weeks in Leeds. The first is how often they walk into the city centre. The second is how much time disappears travelling between lectures, supermarkets and everything else.
White Rose View Leeds sits on Merrion Way, close to both universities and the city centre. The property offers en-suite rooms in shared flats as well as private studios, so residents can choose the type of accommodation that suits their routine.
Many students searching for White Rose View student accommodation in Leeds also look at White Rose View University of Leeds because the campus is within walking distance. Leeds Beckett University is even closer, which makes the property a practical option for students studying at either institution.
If you've been comparing room layouts, the White Rose View floor plan includes shared flats with four to seven bedrooms alongside self-contained studios. That gives students a choice between communal living and complete privacy before they book.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this residence. I stayed for about three months, and honestly, the building is clean and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities — including a gym, laundry room, private study rooms, and a shared area with games like billiards, table tennis, PlayStation, and TV screens. I’d also like to thank the reception staff for their professionalism, kindness, and constant support during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I’ve lived at White Rose View since September 2024, and after visiting loads of other student accommodations my friends live in, I can honestly say White Rose is the best. The location is so ideal for students, the facilities mean you don’t feel stuck in your room all the time, and the maintenance team are on it, fixing things within 24 hours. But what really makes White Rose View stand out is the staff. They’re genuinely welcoming and always happy to help with anything. Kesh and Craig are the best. They’re always up for a chat and help create a community here, especially for first-year students looking to settle in. They take real pride in keeping the place clean and making sure the communal areas are nice for everyone, which makes such a difference. All my friends end up coming to White Rose when we want to hang out because the atmosphere here is so friendly and comfortable. I’ve really enjoyed living here, and it’s made my first year at uni so much better

Great flat! A very central location and great for university. Rooms were modern and nice and would recommend living here! Staff were always quick to help when reporting issues on the app (for instance our microwave went off and was replaced instantly). However, there are a few minor criticisms. The washing machines are quite expensive and do not thoroughly wash clothes (they cost £3.50 but conveniently you can only put a minimum of £5 on the app meaning I have money left over now). Also the residents at white rose have had more fire safety training than the fire brigade. The fire alarm constantly goes off. At this point if there was a real fire I don’t think anyone would be alarmed or believe it. There is also constant emails about requiring access to rooms for random reasons (test lights, water, electric etc). Additionally there was a terror threat directly outside and instead of evacuating we were locked in the building. (This may not be the accommodations fault but was kind of concerning). The heating in rooms in the winter is also not very good and the radiator switches off after so long meaning I would wake up in the night frozen. That said these were very minor issues and believe the accommodation is great, just a few annoyances like fire alarms and requiring access.

Stayed here last year for my year at University and it was so accommodating. The facilities were great and the staff were so lovely especially when I had parcels coming all the time. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Leeds for their University year, it is well worth the price.

My favourite thing about this accommodation is the common area. It is a great location in Leeds and close to all the best food and karaoke spots. The view from my room was so nice, you can see the whole city! Staff were great.
