The pop-up event was a great time. Free drinks, music, and pizza made for an easygoing and enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was relaxed, people were having fun, and everything ran smoothly. It was a simple setup that worked really well — good food, good music, and a solid crowd. Hopefully, there’ll be more of these events in the future.

Great accommodation! Amazing facilities, including a well kitted out gym, and a bookable sky lounge. Very close proximity to the university campus, shops and places to go out in Leeds. Good sized rooms, desk space and nice kitchen layouts. Friendly staff and reception team. 10/10

Edit: not sure how turning the power back on counts as resolving the issue when this happens at least 4 times a day at the moment... Every room on our flat has been "inspected" and absolutely nothing came of it. Frankly it doesn't matter what you claim the reasons are, because they clearly aren't true. If anything over 200W triggers the fusebox, every flat in the building would be going off constantly, but in reality it is only 1 or 2 flats. I don't really know how else to say this, I'm paying a lot of money to stay here, so please at least make some kind of effort to make the place livable... I couldn't count the amount of hours I've lost on coursework as a CS student to these powercuts. Genuinely the worst living experience I've had at any accommodation... Sure, most of the facilities are nice, but I have had power cuts almost every single day since the start of the year, and the staff refuse to do anything about it. I've written emails, filed maintenance requests, talked to reception many times and 0 action has been taken to help find a solution. Today alone the power has cut out 4 times... I can't help but feel bad for the lovely security guard who has to constantly come up and switch the power back on in the fuse box every time. If you use any kind of PC or console this is unbearable so I would thoroughly recommend going somewhere that can actually provide electricity...

Upon moving in, my room was horrible. The bathroom was disgusting with poo left in the toilet. The room floor was sticky, scrubbing it didn’t even do the job, along with dead insects and bogies on the curtains. I asked the cleaners to give it a look to clean, they refused until I went to reception. Reception was not really helpful an often are rude sometimes. Cleaners gave me disgusting looks and kept speaking about me in their language. They seemed frustrated that I even asked them to do their job. Elevators are ALWAYS broken. Security is terrible. Door locks are ALWAYS broken with drunk and homeless guys entering other flats. The location is good however, it depends which way you face as if you face the back end it will be very loud at night due to the bars in the area. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PRICE.

The accommodation is great, but Rob and Ty are the real highlight. Whenever something breaks, they show up like a Formula 1 pit crew, quick, calm, and somehow fixing everything first try. As long as it’s between 9 and 5, of course, because even elite pit crews have working hours. I don’t even stress anymore when something stops working. I just know it’ll get sorted. Solid place to live, elite maintenance team. Honestly, half the stuff probably breaks just to feel important.
