About this property
Finding student accommodation in a city like Leeds usually comes down to two things: location and convenience. Living close to your university is important, but having shops, cafés, transport links and everyday essentials within walking distance can make university life much easier. The Store House Leeds places you right in the middle of the city, giving you immediate access to everything that makes student life both practical and enjoyable.
Positioned on Briggate, one of Leeds' best-known shopping streets, The Store House offers students the opportunity to live in one of the city's busiest and most well-connected neighbourhoods. While detailed information about room layouts and building amenities isn't currently available, its location alone makes it an attractive choice for students who want to spend less time commuting and more time making the most of what Leeds has to offer.
Not every student looks for the same type of accommodation. Some want a quieter area outside the city centre, while others prefer to be surrounded by cafés, shops, restaurants and transport links from the moment they step outside. The Store House is better suited to the latter.
Its address on Briggate places residents within one of Leeds' most established retail and social districts, making it easy to build daily routines around the city rather than around long journeys. Whether you're heading to lectures, meeting classmates after university, or running everyday errands, most destinations are within comfortable reach.
Although detailed information about room specifications and internal facilities has not been published, students considering The Store House Leeds benefit from a location that naturally supports both university life and everything that comes with living independently in a busy student city.

Living on Briggate means you'll rarely find yourself short of places to eat, shop or spend your free time. The surrounding streets remain busy throughout the day, creating an environment that suits students who enjoy having the city right outside their accommodation.
Everyday shopping is simple, with Sainsbury's on The Headrow only a short walk away. Trinity Leeds is equally close, offering a mix of retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment under one roof. Whether you're replacing university essentials or meeting friends after lectures, most of what you need is nearby.
Getting across Leeds is equally convenient. Briggate Bus Corridor provides regular local services, while Leeds Bus Station connects different parts of the city. Leeds Railway Station is also within walking distance, making travel across Yorkshire and beyond straightforward during weekends or university holidays.
When you want a break from busy streets, Sheepscar Park offers an open green space nearby. Students can also use Leeds Central Library as an alternative study location, work out at PureGym Leeds City Centre or visit Leeds General Infirmary if healthcare is ever needed.
Choosing accommodation is about more than the room itself. Location often has the biggest influence on your daily routine, and that's where The Store House Leeds has a clear advantage.

If you're coming to Leeds through Clearing, accommodation is something you'll want to sort out sooner rather than later. City-centre properties often receive a surge of enquiries once universities begin confirming places, especially from students who want to avoid long commutes during their first year. Getting your accommodation search underway early usually gives you more flexibility when choosing where you'll live.
The Store House Leeds is worth considering if your priority is a central location. Once your university offer is confirmed, it's sensible to check the latest availability directly with the accommodation provider. That way, you'll have the most accurate information about room options, tenancy lengths and move-in dates before making a decision.
One of the strongest points about living at The Store House is how easy it is to get around. Whether your lectures are across the city, you're heading to a part-time job, or you're travelling home during the holidays, you'll find several transport options close by.
Leeds Railway Station is within a comfortable walking distance and offers regular services to cities across Yorkshire and the rest of the UK. Leeds Bus Station is another useful option for travelling around the city, while the Briggate Bus Corridor provides frequent local services throughout the day. Living in the city centre also means many destinations can simply be reached on foot, saving both time and travel costs.

The Store House is likely to appeal most to students who want to experience city-centre living rather than living on the edge of Leeds. Having shops, cafés, transport links and university buildings all within easy reach changes the way you use your time each day. Instead of planning around bus journeys, you can often walk to where you need to be.
It's also worth noting that detailed information about the property's rooms and internal facilities has not yet been made publicly available. Rather than making assumptions, it's always better to request the latest information directly from the accommodation provider. That gives you a clear picture of the room types, facilities and services available before you commit to a booking.
For many students, though, the location alone will be one of the biggest reasons to consider The Store House Leeds.
The Store House Leeds offers something that many students actively look for but can be difficult to find: a genuinely central address that keeps university life and city life closely connected. Living on Briggate means shops, restaurants, public transport, study spaces and everyday essentials are all within easy walking distance, making day-to-day life noticeably simpler.
While it's advisable to confirm the latest room information and accommodation features directly with the provider, The Store House remains a strong option for students who value location above all else. If living in the centre of Leeds is high on your list, this property deserves a closer look before you finalise your accommodation plans.

This accommodation started off absolutely lovely when it was still owned by Prestige. Everything was organised, the building was nice and it genuinely felt like a good place to live. But after the first fire incident, everything completely went downhill. We got relocated to accommodation that was literally 20 minutes away in the middle of nowhere, with barely any communication or updates. It took around TWO MONTHS before we finally heard anything proper about moving back. Then after only about a week of being back, the electricity suddenly got cut off with no warning or explanation and we had to relocate AGAIN for a day with no details given. To make things worse, during all of this they sold the accommodation to Enclave and ever since then it’s just been Prestige and Enclave pushing responsibility onto each other whilst students were left confused and stressed. They also promised cleaners would come twice a week to clean the kitchen, but for MONTHS nothing was properly cleaned, not even the floor. When I emailed reception about it, they claimed the cleaner had visited multiple times, which honestly I really doubt because the kitchen looked untouched the entire time. Then after I specifically asked when she was actually coming, she suddenly showed up and only quickly swept the floor and even then it still wasn’t properly clean. The most frustrating part has been the money side of things. I’ve been waiting MONTHS for cashback, referral fees and compensation that were promised. It’s now been around 9 months and I still haven’t received anything. Such a shame because this place had so much potential at the start, but the management and communication became genuinely awful.

VERY BAD MANAGEMENT Extremely disappointed with the management. My primary issue is We were promised a Refer-a-Friend cashback when we signed our tenancy, but after living here for 9 months we still have not received a single penny. The receptionist said The payment was originally supposed to arrive in last December, but since then it has been delayed again and again with no proper explanation. What’s even more frustrating is that our tenancy is almost over and management still cannot give a clear payment date and give several excuses. Students should not have to spend months chasing money that was promised from the beginning. We are entitled for the payment we are owed. On top of that, the laundry allowance was reduced from what was originally advertised and agreed when we signed. Promise are made to attract tenants but are not honoured afterwards. Management needs to take responsibility and pay students what they are owed. This is a breach of tenancy contract. Students I suggest dont book your accommodation next year since Enclave did would not fulfill what they advertised and what they promises anyway.

I’m really disappointed with how this accommodation handled their promises and communication. When we first moved in, we were offered free breakfast every Wednesday and one free laundry service per week. Unfortunately, there was a fire in January and we were forced to relocate temporarily. When we returned, management suddenly told us that these benefits were not part of the contract, even though they had been clearly offered to us before. It felt like the offers were simply withdrawn without any accountability. On top of that, we were promised cashback and referral fees. We have been waiting since last year and it is now May, and we still haven’t received any payment. We have repeatedly followed up, but nothing has been resolved. Overall, this experience has been very frustrating due to broken promises and poor communication.

After a fire forced us to relocate, I expected a professional resolution from The Store House. Instead, I’ve been waiting over 6 months for my £500 cashback, compensation, and overpaid rent. Kylie repeatedly confirmed payments would be processed within specific timeframes, yet these deadlines passed with no payment. I have a full record of communication showing ongoing delays and broken promises. Despite confirming my bank details countless times when requested, the payment is still outstanding. Money that is rightfully mine is still being withheld. If this is not resolved imminently, I will be escalating this further. Proceed with caution.

This apartment offers an excellent living experience. It’s located in the city center, making daily travel super convenient. The room is clean, dry and tidy, with a comfortable sofa for relaxation. All facilities are fully equipped and in great condition, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended!
