I had a viewing with a friend and we are very impressed with the property. The studio is very nice. The facilities are very good and modern. The location is excellent for the university. I also have to say the staff were also very good and knowledgeable. Jo was very enthusiastic and helpful. He created a good environment for us and was very friendly. My friend will definitely book and i would also if i had not booked already. I would say Calderon Court is one of the best student accommodation i have seen in Aberdeen

Its ok. A bit pricey for student accommodation, but is directly across from Gray School of Arts. Daughter complains that the smoke alarms go off all the time. The smoke detectors are placed pretty closest the cooking facilities, hence going off all the time. In her room (she had a disabled ground floor studio) the windows were so draughty even the blind would constantly move. Another complaint was the washer and dryer facilities. They would take her money but would not function. I would have to take her clothes home and wash/dry every couple of weeks.

Very good experience so far. Rebooking your room with your friends is easy. The area is quiet and so so close to the uni (no reason to be late at all) pool table and cinema room. Also joe has been awesome and makes it all very easy for us.

I met Jo recently at the reception and he was so nice and helpful to us. He is honestly so nice and really seems to care about our experience and the accommodation. If you want to be basically on the doorstep of RGU then this is a magic accommodation! The rooms are bright, spacious and modern and you have TV in the kitchen so great for hanging out with flatmates.

I would first like to say that the accommodation is well equipped especially the studio. However, ever since the receptionist change from Robyn to a guy. There is not any warm welcome smile anymore as you walk through the door. He does not greet you and just look like his restless....I would just like to say to take into consideration changing receptionist.
