I have lived here for two years in two separate units and have had the same problems in both.WiFi goes down at LEAST twice a week with not even the option for Ethernet. Maintenance requests never get filled and when they do it's not done right and you just end up having to call again. Gave out the wrong the code to the building to start the year. Changed the WiFi in the middle of the day with no warning. Just a complete lack of communication between tenants, office workers, and management. This is a brand new building without central air, oversold parking passes so you couldn't even park in the Simon suites own lot. Just not worth for the price in my opinion.

Pros: Close to campus, spacious apartments, high quality elevator, multiple staircases for safety, very close to campus. Cons: unconfirmed rumors of bad landlords, neighbors can be quite noisy at times

Updated, clean, spacious apartments literally 1 block away from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater campus. Great option for students living off campus. Only annoyance is having to pay for laundry
