Living at Rosewood Apartments in Oregon has been 10 STARS. It has been nothing but a positive experience… from the excellent management by Kim to the beautiful apartment I live in. The accommodations; a heated garage, top notch appliances plus are so enjoyed! Great area to live, safe and secure. A+ from me!

Very easy and simple experience. They have an easy to use online portal for maintenance requests making payments etc. Maintenance requests are normally dealt with in a days time, the boiler needed to be replaced and we didn't have hot water and it was fixed in 2-3 days of the maintenance request. Which, for having to get someone come in to even figure out if it needs to be replaced, then scheduling someone to replace it once it is known, that is pretty much as fast as you can ask for. There was a flickering light-bulb in the kitchen and it was fixed the next day. You get the picture. Easy to communicate with the employees and they are personable and will answer questions you have (the one I personally was in contact with mostly was Davis, extremely helpful alongside prompt replies). Would recommend this company if you want a smooth renting experience 👍

Easy to work with staff, and great communication all around. Accent has always been willing to help me with any questions I have and goes above and beyond in explaining the processes in questions to me, Kim and Davis have truly been a blessing. Accent also responds quickly to work orders with the longest I’ve waited being 3 days. Overall a great place to stay, with wonderful staff, service, and amenities.

I am SO grateful to have found this apartment and company! Have been here for multiple years, and the current staff is great! Kim, Robin, Davis have all been very understanding, very personable, very accommodating, very caring and very helpful! Kim even came over to check something AFTER hours simply because she was close and on her way home! I have also talked with Adam multiple times when he has been in the building both during and after hours, and he too has been nice and easy to interact with! Maintenance has also been great! Will is fantastic! So kind, caring, respectful! Chris and Tom are too! Thankfully have not needed them to do things very frequently, however whenever there has been something, they have addressed it and taken care of it very quickly! Thank you ALL SO much! So very grateful!!! Love it here!! 🙏💗

This was nothing but a 5 start service. If I could do more I would. From booking a showing to signing the lease agreement service was seamless and simple. Kim made everything easy. Very professional and responsive. Thanks you!
