Remerton Mill Apartments, valdosta-ga

Remerton Mill is my first apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!! I’ve lived here for over a year and have truly enjoyed the experience. The maintenance team is super efficient and quick, they always take care of any issues right away and do an excellent job of communicating about what’s going on. The property itself is always well kept; the grass is always cut and neat, which really makes the community look nice and welcoming. Janelle and Jessica in the leasing office are amazing! They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions or problems I have. I also love that the community regularly hosts activities for their residents. It’s been a fun way to meet neighbors and feel connected. Overall, this is has been a great place to live, and I really appreciate how much effort the whole team puts into making it feel like home.

A very big downfall of living at Remerton Mill is that the office closes before 5pm, even on Fridays sometimes knowing that we can’t get packages Saturday and Sunday. They text and email the residents about everything else, but we do not get texts or emails letting us know that the office will be closing early. I just wish they would be more considerate or just actually change the office hours if no one is going to stay until 5. It’s frustrating for people hoping to catch a package at 4:30 right after coming back from being at work or school all day.

Remerton has been a great experience. They keep the grass cut, always have events/activities going on for the residents to attend, and maintenance comes pretty much as soon as you make the request. Not only does maintenance handle issues right away, all of the maintenance men are super nice. Janelle and Jessica are also super helpful any time I come to the office needing anything! I’ve loved my experience so far!

Remerton Mill is a great apartment complex to live in the staff is super friendly and helpful. Derek specifically is really nice and always arrives in a timely manner after I put in maintenance request. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for nice affordable living in Valdosta.

I wouldn't have picked here if I knew then what I know now. If you want peace, quiet, safety, go elsewhere. Update: I cant respond on here, but I already emailed you all. Waiting for a response.
