Magnolia Reserve, Valdosta Student Apartments, valdosta-ga

My daughter has been a resident at Magnolia Reserve for the past two years. The complex has all the latest amenities that you would both need and expect in student housing. The management staff was always prompt with their response to any issues that arose. The rent with the utilities was very affordable, and the complex is conveniently located to most places in Valdosta. I would recommend this apartment to any college student looking for a nice place to stay.

This upcoming year I was looking for space for my daughter who was transferring to VSU. I contacted April, toured the space and it’s been AMAZING ever since. She has been great to work with as in this being her first apartment. I highly recommend this complex!! The security system there is top notch also!!! The owner Jared takes EXCELLENT care in his property.

I recently moved, but I stayed at the complex for two years. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Pros: * Parcel locker for incoming packages * Spacious * Stainless steel appliances * Utilities included Cons: * Walls are thin * Not enough parking for the back two buildings * Not enough amenities for the price * No actual house key * No windows in living room * You’re able to hear the trains 24/7 * Walkway to apartments are very dirty * Outside maintenance wasn’t maintained * The back of the complex is a “party spot”

My daughter lives here and the setting looks really nice until you enter the walkway. The concrete slab is nasty, stairs are stained. No one cleans the breezeways. Spiderwebs on outside apartments walls. You can not tell there is a maintenance person. The rent they pay here you would think Magnolia Reserve would take better care of their tenants. Next day, Magnolia Reserve responds with come to the office and we will discuss and take care of you ASAP! They have not taken care of anything. Furthermore, Magnolia Reserve has been increasing the utility cost and maintenance sucks. Magnolia needs to start handling business or legal ramifications will start. There are expectations and policies the tenants must adhere to and so should the rental property. Clean up this place!

I’ve been living at Magnolia Reserve Apartments for a while now, and overall, it’s been a decent experience. The location is convenient, and the neighborhood feels relatively quiet and safe. The apartments themselves are spacious with a nice layout, and maintenance usually responds in a timely manner when issues come up.
