Zero stars for the nighttime concierge and new concierge “manager” here. These two personnel here NEEDS to be removed. My daughter lives in this luxury building with her roommates, paying rent upwards of 5000. She has told me the nighttime concierge is rude and unwelcoming on multiple occasions, and told my daughter she is “upsetting”— my daughter does not know this person. Has not asked the nighttime concierge for service or help on any occasion. I visited my daughter to address this disrespectful concierge issue with the manager— I was met with someone in sweatshorts and a barely covering blouse who did not welcome me, my daughter, or address me appropriately. I have met a sharply dressed manager, Abdool, who greets me enthusiastically and has invited me to events he is hosting for the building. Where is THIS manager? Why is he being replaced by this vulgar and inappropriately dressed person as manager FOR a luxury living experience. I am leaving this review here for other students and parents thinking of housing their kids here. This new change in personnel is lacking respect, professionalism, and tact. We are livid and moving out as soon as this lease ends.

This building truly has it all. Beautiful design, thoughtful furnished lay outs, great amenities including a gym, tenant lounge and outdoor spaces. most importantly though, the building feels very secure and the doorman/security guards are great. There is nothing like it in the area!
