Really nice apartment definitely the best I’ve been in. It’s a bit expensive but I think with other places having same if not higher prices it’s the most worth it. Everything is really spacious, there’s tons of storage space, and all the appliances work great. The gym is a bit small so it’s not great for everyday but it’s enough if you want a quick workout. The two things I HATE however are the maintenance and WiFi. When I first moved in tons of things were broken ( porch had no light bulb, a shelf was missing in the fridge, etc.) the apartment was also not clean. The maintenance comes and won’t fulfill all the work orders you put in and leave dirt everywhere. Second the wifi is horrible. Currently the Ethernet is out so I can’t play any games. The wifi itself is super weak I can’t study or do work at the apartment and the TV that comes with the room won’t connect at all. It’s been like this for going on three months now. However, everything else is nice. Assuming they fix the WiFi I can definitely see myself staying here for the next four years.

the fire alarm has been going off at night in building two for months (over 5+ times) and it hasn't been dealt with, despite the 75-100 decibel alarms permeating every room. unfortunately, this place is inhabitable and my ears are constantly ringing. at one point their solution was to turn it off which is a fire hazard, and the alarm randomly going off is a fire hazard as well; how are residents to know when it's serious or a glitch? edit: april 26, 2am it happened again. if this were a glitch it would not only be happening late at night, it would be occurring in the day as well. also they keep sending emails to "remind" us of guest policy but have 100+ member parties??? finally, their image on social media is completely unprofessional compared to before when it highlighted information foremost rather than faces of people who aren't even staff. can't believe how downhill it's gone due to a management change. incredibly unprofessional. also, their "help text chat" is a useless ai so don't even bother.

The process to secure a unit and get me moved in, in like 4 days was exceptional. Ryan E. My leasing agent was cool and professional and very knowledgeable to answer all my questions Nour M. Helped too and Daja B. Hooked me up. They all worked as one solid unit and I loved seeing that. Definitely a cool place can’t wait to take advantage of all the amenities and opportunities this place has to offer.

I’d find someplace else to live. The new management has made living a terrible experience here. They’re dismissive of your concerns/ don’t have the answers to questions. The fire alarm has gone off at least a dozen times in our building, ONLY in the middle of the night when we’re asleep. They’re incredibly loud and debilitating and those who have work or class the next day truly suffer. They keep saying they’re going to fix it but never do. Oh not to mention there’s cockroaches and fleas and AC broke nine times while it was over 90° outside

I’m not sure if this apartment is under new management or what, but the customer service has become horrible. I’ve been dealing with an issue regarding a missing package that the office lost, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Instead of the manager coming out to resolve the situation (which honestly would’ve taken less than five minutes) she sat there messaging the male employee I was speaking to about it. Meanwhile, he never even asked for my name or tracking number and made no real effort to help locate the package. I never had these issues when Jasmyn worked here. She actually took the time to assist residents and help look into problems. Also, if there are ongoing issues with Luxer and carriers not using the system correctly, then maybe management should consider switching to a different package system altogether. Residents shouldn’t constantly have to deal with lost packages and lack of assistance when trying to resolve the issue. I was also recently told that I couldn’t sublease my apartment. Again, no one gave me a clear explanation. The employee simply said it was “too late” without even looking at my account or asking for my information. There was no attempt to help or provide solutions. On top of that, after many residents had already been living here for months, management suddenly decided in December to begin charging utilities. That should have been communicated clearly and transparently from the beginning. I’ve lived here for almost a year, and unfortunately the quality of management and customer service has significantly declined. They’ll probably respond telling me to contact them directly, but based on my experience so far, I don’t expect any real resolution or accountability. I truly regret signing this lease.
