Bellarmine has been a great apartment to live at! I have lived here for the past 10 months and have such positive interactions with all staff. All of the front desk staff, especially Katie, are extremely kind and welcoming everyday. Also, maintenance is quick to resolve any issues. Michael, their main maintenance worker, is genuinely so kind and helpful, which makes any issues a smooth experience. What really drew me to this apartment was its calm atmosphere. There is a strong community of faith here, which I really appreciate, and the people are just really kind. I also like the location to usf, as it’s just a few minute walk to the Yuengling Center, or a 10-15 minute walk to Muma College of Business. The gym here does not have any free weights, but they do have machines for a variety of workouts. And the usf rec center is just a few minute walk away if that is an issue for people. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here, and I’m super thankful for all the people I’ve met living here. I would definitely recommend for people interested in finding housing that is close to usf and wants a nice atmosphere.

Anna is the best Front Desk Staff. Easy commute to campus (about 2 minutes), great selection in the vending machines, awesome maintenance by Michael. Group nights are always fun, whether it’s movies or grill outs. I highly recommend this to USF students!

A very accommodating, safe, and comfortable living area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff members are always willing to create events in order to better the living experience for all guests. I would 100% recommend Bellarmine as your #1 option if you are looking for apartments for USF.

Living here is such a convenient Location for off-campus student housing. It’s such a blessing to live right next to the Catholic student center. The staff offers fun come togethers and parties. Living here is a joy!
