The community events at Hawks Landing are a nice touch and make it easy to meet neighbors.

The property was well-maintained and presented very nicely. It has a welcoming atmosphere and appears to be a safe and comfortable environment. I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the building, as well as the thoughtful layout of the common areas. As I am searching for a suitable residence for my child, I believe this property would be a wonderful fit. It seems to provide both comfort and security, which are very important to me. I would love for my child to have the opportunity to live here.

I highly recommend Hawks Landing to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and professionally managed community.

If you’re a broke college student or is on a tight budget, DO NOT LIVE HERE! They will screw you over in every single way imaginable. They are money hungry. If you have bad roommates you would just have to deal with it because they will either never change where you live or they will take forever. They will also add a lot of hidden charges. The apartments are also always destroyed in some way. When I moved into my apartment my bathroom and closet door were already broken, so was my window. I also moved into an apartment with two people who were already there for 2 or more years and management didn’t even bother to clean the place, it was absolutely disgusting. There have been roaches throughout the apartment despite the amount of times they do pest control. All the windows and blinds in the apartment were broken except for two of my roommates. Throughout my time living there they bumped my rent up from $725 to $860+ I was struggling so I broke my lease and even with that they are screwing me over. Do not live here if you are a struggling college student. The management is constantly hiding and most of the security guards there are power hungry (hopefully that has changed since I moved out).

Where do I even begin Haws Landing has truly set the bar high for me on apartment expectations! The staff was amazing ! So friendly and knowledgeable. The complex its self was great ! Cleanliness 10/10! I would rec this place to anyone !
