PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! I looked at the reviews and tried to look past it because the staff were so nice at first… now I am being ignored day by day. There is a sign outside with a way to communicate with the leasing office via Google doc they have not reached out to me yet my mom has also called up to the leasing office. They have not. reach back to me yet there are leaks in my apartment and the rain is constantly getting in and no one is doing anything about it. There are so many cobwebs in this room. This room looks very vacant and the apartment exterior and interior just looks like a disaster I can’t even sleep in my room. I can’t even live here. There is mildew all in my room and the apartment smells like mildew all of our balconies have rotting wood. My first student apartment definitely gone wrong. Very disappointed was under the impression. It would look like the model since I’m paying more for a certain floor plan !! Also, when they first move me in here, there was a spider crawling on my bed and on the side door also ants on the dining table they said pest control comes every week. I haven’t seen pest control here once.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and it has been a great fit for me. It's in a great location if you are a student, as I am able to take my scooter or the bus to commute to campus in a brief amount of time. The management is responsive and accommodating to resident needs, especially Anthony! Due to my schedule, it can be difficult to get to the office before it closes. On multiple occasions, Anthony has gone out of his way to make delivered packages available for me to pick up at the end of office hours.

Only nice thing about this place is the wine cooler everything else out the window definitely A SCAMM!!!! I really want to put this out here for anyone trying to move to this location. I have drove two hours to live here from my home and I can say all I wanted to do when I saw this place was turnaround and drive two hours back if it wasn’t for school, I don’t know if I would even have step foot on the property first off the stairs are dirty and the first apartment I got introduced to smelled like straight smoke, and there was dead roaches on the floor, and the roommate was just dirty as ever, and they were trying to move me into the apartment then the second unit they tried to move me in had poop in the toilet in the bathroom that they said no one was in and the room was for me now let’s talk about the room. My room probably has the most pest on this apartment block and I’ve only been living here for one week and I’m already ready to move out. The balcony wood is rotting and they don’t do anything about it. They don’t keep up with this place at all. I’d rather live on campus than live here.

If I could give zero starts I would. Don’t sign here, you’re honestly better off spending a couple hundred more for a nicer apartment with competent management. Our water has been off since yesterday evening, and management keeps repeating that “their team and contractors are working as quickly and efficiently as possible.” It’s now been over 16 hours since the first notice, which is not quick or efficient by any reasonable standard. People need water to shower, cook, clean, and go about basic daily life. The lack of urgency and accountability is frustrating, and it really shows how little consideration they have for residents. They keep saying to not hesitate to reach out when the leasing office is literally closed, no alternative options to get in touch with management or the city has been provided.

THIS WAS ALL TAKEN IN ONE DAY ! Termite wings on my pillows , roaches and all various types of bugs coming out of the vent, wasp in the light, The laundry room is dirty, and there are roaches in the laundry room, Dead roaches everywhere no matter if you been in the apartment or not Every corner of the apartment has a spiderweb inside and outside. There are three spiderwebs in my living room as we speak and pest control has not been here at all. staff tend to do nothing
