Review and ratings

The mold in these rooms is unacceptable and worse, is how they address it. When asked for documentation of how the mold remediation was handled, as Florida Statutes 83 (specifically Chapter 468) describe when dealing with mold in a large area, they have provided nothing. There are several allowable reasons to break a lease and this is one of them. Our kids health is important and until Landmark takes ownership of habitability, parents should advocate for attention to this matter. We will.

Everything about this complex sucks other than the pricing. Amenities they brag about haven’t worked all year and according to others, previous years as well. Everything is made super cheap and requires maintenance at least once a week. Rent is abnormally expensive compared to other complexes. So much mold problems. Staff doesn’t care about the residents whatsoever. Everything about this place is awful. Edit: I see new management has been put in place as a of a few weeks ago and he has done a lot better of a job when it comes to accommodating to the residents needs. Biggest issue right now is the bragged about amenities that didn’t work all year and the elevator in the lobby that’s always broken.

Read the reviews, 99% of 5star reviews are only people who toured here, all residents are rating this 1 star. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Rent is way too high for what you actually get. The parking garage gates stay up constantly, letting non-residents fill the spots, yet they still charge $100/month for a parking pass to a garage where there’s nowhere to park. Multiple appliances in my apartment have broken, and maintenance moves at a snail’s pace. When something does get “fixed,” it breaks again within a week and the cycle repeats. The hallways are always filthy, there are moldy rooms throughout the building, and the elevators are out of commission for weeks at a time. The rooftop pool gate stays locked. The trash chute is constantly full to the top, which forces residents to leave bags on the floor, and then they hit you with a $100 fine for it. Empty the chute more than once a month and that wouldn’t be a problem.

One of the worst places I’ve lived. You pay way too much for poor living conditions. This year alone our microwave, dishwasher, dryer, washer, and AC have all broken. We went days without a working dryer and almost two days with no AC. The flooring in my room is coming up, and when we moved in there was profanity written all over our chalkboard door that was never properly removed — just painted over. There’s still paint stained on my floor from the closet being repainted, and the closet door nearly falls off whenever you try to open it. Things in the common areas are almost always broken too. The jumbotron on the pool deck hasn’t worked since we moved in seven months ago, the printer doesn’t work, and the elevator was out for almost two weeks during the fall semester. You also get fined for small things like trash disposal even though the trash chute barely fits a 5-gallon bag. My roommate has dealt with mold and a yellow liquid leaking from her ceiling. While maintenance usually responds quickly and fixes issues, constantly submitting requests and having workers in the apartment is inconvenient and frustrating. Seriously — sign anywhere else.

Karissa is absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a big difference. I can’t recommend her enough!
