University Townhouses, syracuse-ny

I've had a great experience living at one of the properties. I live on a property that has no AC, but it was not a problem because I used a window AC for the first 3 months only. Everything is included in the rent except a monthly gas bill that I split with my roommates. The provided wifi is good and I rarely have any issues. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, Mike is usually over within the day to fix it! In the photos the two brown couches, the coffee tables, and the lamp were included. There was also a smart tv included in the living room. My only issues with living here is our downstairs laundry room because it was not cleaned/fixed up by the time we moved in and it still isn't. We have also had some issues with the video doorbells. Overall I honestly wish I could stay but I have to leave the area for clinical rotations.

This has been such a great place to live, especially for first time renters! Management is friendly and very helpful! The apartment came fully furnished and everything is in great condition. We've never had any problems with getting things fixed or questions answered in a timely manner. All the neighbors are quiet and friendly. I highly recommend renting here!

I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and it is amazing! The area itself is so quiet and peaceful, and the perfect distance to campus (I go to SU), and to downtown. The unit I live in is great. Nice kitchen, the bedroom sizes are perfect, and it’s all around a great unit to live in for college students. The people are so sweet and helpful! Great apartment!

I have been living here since 2019, and my experience here at Utownhouse has been awesome! As a graduate student at Syracuse University, I looked for these things when I was looking for a place to live and Utownhouse satisfied all of them: - Proximity to the campus: walkable, safe distance (takes about 15-20min walking) - Bus Transportation: as an architecture student, I often had to take very early or late bus from/to school - the bus routes are available and felt safe arriving home very late! - Quiet Neighborhood - Responsive and friendly office: they are very prompt with addressing any concerns you may have including maintenance requests. This was the most satisfying part:) - Nice living environment: I have lived here during the pandemic times when the school was completely remote and had to stay home most of the times. It was less stressful because the place was nice! I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering living here in Syracuse while attending the school.

I have been living here for about six months now and I love it! The price is great and the house is beautiful and spacious. The heating works well and the rooms are a nice size. The neighborhood is also very peaceful. The staff office is closeby aswell so you can easily go there or call about any complains. The university townhouse people work hard to address any concerns the residents have and really go above and beyond. I highly recommend living here!
