Jesse was very helpful with on boarding process. Jesse is awesome as manager. Everyone in the office has been responsive. The portal is very user friendly for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests. Parking garage is good 95% of time. It is NOT secured with gate. The apartments embrace OSU activities and often have celebrations that reflect campus events. Only complaint is washing machine. Maintenance is responsive but inadequate. Definitely time for new machines. We have visited our student regularly and have never heard loud noise. Halls are basically quiet. Elevators are usually working properly-- only a few outages noted and they were short duration. Very nice mail room situation. THE FLAT UTILITY FEE IS A HUGE DISSATISFIER !!!

do NOT live here. this is my second year here, and i've only had bad experiences since i moved in. management doesn't care how you feel; i've sent multiple messages this semester and haven't received a response to a single one. you have to pay $60/month for parking that is NEVER enforced. they say the permits are mandatory, but i can never find a spot due to people parking here during the week and walking to class. when i call the towing company, nothing is ever done, despite them saying they'll send a car out. garages are never monitored, and there's no cameras in the garage either. complaints and messages clearly do nothing- they don't care. not to mention, the water damage in my laundry room i've dealt with since i moved in, which leaves a horrible smell, a cockroach issue, a broken ac unit, a broken window, a broken rod in my closet, and a hole in my ceiling that wasn't repaired for 2 months. i've tried to talk to management about my qualms so many times, but even when you call, you're directed to an AI bot. all of this is unacceptable for the price they charge to live here. the location to campus is the only good thing about this place.

If I could give this a -20 star review, I would. The unit was not clean when we moved in, the air conditioning did not work, our hot water didn’t work, the dishwasher was pulled out of where it should be, and our window fell out. It was 106° out and at one point was 90° in our unit. They did put window units in our rooms, but they did not work. If we pay for working air conditioning, we should have it. If they say they have an emergency line available for air conditioners that aren’t working when it is about 85° outside, they should have someone available. I called on Friday afternoon to request for my air conditioner to be fixed and I was told the actual air conditioning repair people could not fix it until Monday. I drove 10 hours expecting to move into a clean apartment (after I paid a $200 move in fee) and there were bugs everywhere, dust everywhere, hair and urine one the toilet, etc. Needless to say, we were set back a whole day in our moving proceeds because we had to wait got the cleaning company to come in seeing as we had no cleaning supplies and the company would not reimburse us for the supplies and our cleaning time. Once the cleaners did come, it was not even that clean and we had to re-sweep, mop, wipe everything down, etc. This is my second year with prime place and I had many similar problems last year. I tried talking to the property manager, Seth, about problems, and he was rude the whole time and eventually walked away from me in the middle of the conversation. I have also put in numerous maintenance requests and 4 days later none of them were addressed and when I called them, i was given the runaround every time. I do not recommend! Pay the extra in rent to have a unit with working air conditioning, hot water, a clean unit, a friendly and caring manager, and a professional and efficient maintenance team!

I seriously hate to leave this review but I would like something to FINALLY be done. Living here this year has been rough. Building 312 had not had a gate since this summer and Building 213 hasn’t had a working gate in almost 2 months. You have to pay $30 to park here but sadly half of the time the gates are broken. We’ve also have had several problems with our windows leaking water into the apartment and I have had my own property damaged because of this. Last night to be exact we had water excessively dripping into our bedroom floor and our entire window was soaked and the paint has started to warp along the window so now they’re causing damage to their OWN building. My curtains were drenched in water from this leak. We’ve been told by maintenance that it would be fixed and this problem has not been fixed. I do enjoy this place but this part is super frustrating having to lay towels near the windows or covering nearby furniture to limit more damage to my things done!

Nothing but good things to say about living here! From the beginning I was so thankful to have signed a lease with Prime Place as they were one of the only complexes on campus (that I heard of) who offered a Covid-19 guarantee and since then I have continued to love living here. Maintenance is always so quick to respond, hallways and main areas are always clean, and the office staff is so responsive. Speaking of the office staff, I have to give Seth and Jesse a special shoutout because they truly go above and beyond for you. Overall Prime Place is such a great place to live and you cannot beat the proximity to campus ESPECIALLY with all the amenities Prime Place has to offer. Pictured with my review is one of the bedrooms in the 2 bed, 2 bath XL unfurnished units.
