The houses and parking are actually cared for (yes, really! 🏡🚗) and show like superior college living, not some “just slap on paint and hope it rents” special 🎨➡️✨. Rob is responsive 📲, professional 👔, and you can tell he genuinely invests in his properties 💰🔧. Best of all, he treats tenants like young adults 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓—not just “college kids with a lease.” It’s refreshing, and honestly, a little shocking—in the best way possible 😅👍. If you want a great product, stellar service, and a landlord who stands above the rest 🏆, PSU Houses is the move.

I’ve rented in State College for the past 3.5 years and by far PSU houses have been the nicest, honest and respectful property owners in town. They have been prompt with any maintenance issues and have worked with me on multiple occasions to help out quickly with any issues. They also were extremely honest and helpful doing my move out and promptly returned my security deposit. Which is pretty rare in State College. They are by far the best and most honest landlords in State College by a mile. I 100% recommend them.

Rob Pileggi and the team at PSU Houses are the best company you could ask for, especially in State College. The properties are well kept and maintained with care. Rob is an outstanding person and the type of landlord that will go above and beyond to make sure that his tenants are satisfied. All of the PSU Houses staff is highly responsive and sure to resolve all issue in a timely fashion. I could not recommend renting from this company more.

I leased with PSU Houses for two years and have nothing but great things to say about them. The houses are well kept and maintained. We rarely had issues, but if we did someone was there to fix it same day or within a couple days. Rob and Marysa are great to work with and go above and beyond for their tenants. 10/10 recommend renting with them!
