PMI State College has been a great property management company to work with. From the beginning, they made the entire process simple and straightforward, which took a lot of the stress out of renting. The property has been consistently well maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping everything in good condition. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and easy to reach when questions come up. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently, and the team followed through every time. That level of consistency really makes a difference. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. I would absolutely recommend PMI State College to anyone looking for a well-managed, responsive, and professional rental experience.

Probably the best Apartment Management at State College. Lived in The Americana. Unlike many other apartments management, they are not actual scammers. Maintenance is quickly dealt with by using their portal and they will not try to charge you money for it. As long as the room is clean when you leave, they will give you your full security deposit back within a few weeks. Thank you for hassle free year without having to deal with scam artist such as The Canyon where I lived the year previously. The only downsides are that the dryers in the basement are not great, and the blinds basically do nothing and the lamp outside just shines straight in at night.

I have had great experience living at Pleasant Pointe the last two years. Vickie our property manager from PMI has always been ready to help us in any way she can. She keeps our community running smoothly and by the books which I appreciate so much. Maintenance has always been done promptly and professionally, they are all super friendly and kind. Having lived in State College for 25 years and observed many apartment complexes through friends etc, I'd say PMI runs one of the best ships around.

I couldn't be happier with my apartment and the service I've received. Jessica is an especially great help for any questions you have, from the lease to emergency maintenance to parking passes, but everybody I've spoken to (both in the office and maintenance) has been fantastic. I was nervous having my own apartment for the first time, but PMI made the process easy and has always taken care of anything that came up with zero hassle. Cannot recommend enough!

I have had a very positive experience with PMI over all as a tenant in State College. One day recently, my freezer broke. I placed a call at 9:00 and within 15-20 minutes a repair man was in my apartment. To my amazement, he had it fixed within a half an hour.! I'd also like to mention that the property manager, Virginia has always gone above and beyond helping me whenever I had questions. Having been a prior homeowner, it's been hard making the adjustment to apartment life. I feel that the staff are courtesy and go out of their way to make sure your concerns are taken care of. I would recommend this company and the employees, work together to make apartment living a great alternative to home ownership.
