I miss this place. Lived here my senior year in 2017. Glad to see it wasn’t destroyed to build a high rise. I’ll never forget the woman in charge at the downtown PMI office calling me dramatic after my “friends from home” broke down the apt door 😂. She had new door put in by the end of the day.

My daughter rented at Foster Arms her senior year at State College. The management (PMI) were accessible, knowledgeable & made themselves available at all hours during the week of move in. The apartment was clean and any issues were taken care of in a timely manner. We appreciated the individual WiFi access which made remote classes run smoothly, the location was fabulous and move out was as easy as move in. PMI returned most of our security deposit and we agreed what was charged was correct, this is unlike other experience we have had in the area. We highly recommend this location and management group. Thank you!

I can not say enough about Foster Arms studios. The management was awesome and always responded immediately to any concerns my daughter had. The location can not be beat! TY for making my daughter's senior year a great one!

This studio room has everything i need. The set up is convenient and the space is very nice.

I'm sorry for parking in your parking lot today while my 9 and 4 year old grandchildren attended the arts festival. We had so much fun until the devastation hit them as their Nenaws car was gone. Only to hear my blankets are in your car. I found the towing sign on the wall and called the # yep they had it. Knowing there were other cars there that probably should've been. As State College was inviting people to visit the fun and exciting time for kids to enjoy you couldn't have the generosity to allow parking for this event. Shame on you and we had to walk 15 minutes to find my car.
