These are the greediest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I signed a lease 6 months before move in date but had to cancel. I found a new tenant to take my place immediately. So the Balcony didn’t miss any monthly rent. The Balcony charged me almost $1,200 for breaking a lease even though they never lost money. Do not deal with these people. They have ZERO compassion for college students trying to struggle to make ends meet. All they care about is money.

I live here with 3 of my best friends and we love it!! In the beginning, living on the first floor was a bummer, but we love it so much now! Such easy access to the apartment for residents and amazing place to raise a sweet puppy! The staff is incredible at communicating and always makes us feel heard!
