The Q'ube, springfield-mo

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Qube. The staff is always friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with, which makes the living experience so much smoother. One thing that stands out is how quickly maintenance responds — they are always on top of requests and get things taken care of efficiently. I also love the 4x4 floor plan. The layout gives everyone enough personal space while still feeling comfortable and functional. The apartment size is just right, and the pricing feels very reasonable for everything that’s included. Another great part of living here is the community atmosphere. The events they host are always fun, relaxed, and a great way to meet people. Overall, The Qube has been a really positive place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and enjoyable apartment community.

Very clearly runs on taking advantage of college students getting their first apartment. They will charge you for everything and anything. Appliances are constantly breaking. Stuff has just been painted over with paint all over the floors, cabinents and bath tub. Our sliding glass doors leaked everytime it rained even though they "fixed it" 2 times. The apartment hadn't been cleaned when we moved in, there was trash in our fridge and dishwasher and the light fixtures were sitting on our counter. We got trapped in our apartment for a few hours one night because a screw in our door lock got stuck, preventing the door from opening. Save yourself the money and heart ache and go somewhere else

Extremely overpriced and has tons of rules and regulations. Kinda feels like another dorm room.
