Aspen Springfield, springfield-mo

I've had a really great experience living at Aspen! The apartments are nice, the amenities are always clean, and the pool and gym are definitely my favorite parts. The staff has been super friendly and helpful anytime I've had a question or needed anything. They also do a lot of resident events throughout the year, which is a fun way to meet people. I really like that it's close to campus and everything is so convenient. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I'd definitely recommend Aspen to anyone looking for student housing!

Overall, I really enjoyed living at Aspen. I stayed there for two years, and the staff was consistently helpful whenever I needed assistance. Aspen also hosted a variety of events and activities for residents, which made the experience more engaging. During the winter, our apartment got quite cold, but the staff provided heaters so we could stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend Aspen to anyone looking for a place to live.

The general experience of living here is overall good, a few broken doors and gates make coming in and out somewhat inconvenient but for the most part it’s good. The maintenance guy is very quick and I’ve always had a positive interaction when I’ve seen him. Avery was super helpful during the move in process as well as answering any questions my friends and I had.

They called the towing company on a resident who pays to live here and pays for a parking spot on a Holiday that cost him $350 to get his car out. The tow service who has the wrong address listed on google just in case you're unfortunate enough to get towed from Aspen, they said the buildings security called it in. How can you pay to live somewhere pay for a parking spot and have this happen to you. bad business all around. The security has the license plate that matches the spot. Will gladly remove once you make this right. As of today nobody I mean nobody from your business is in office or available to speak or retuning phone calls.

Living at Aspen was an amazing experience. The staff was super helpful and really nice. They’d truly go above and beyond on the stuff they could control. The atmosphere was always great. Overnight security was present on the weekends. Occasionally people would park at my spot but as long as you let management know, they will do their best to address that issue. Overall was a great time, definitely recommend!
