It was disorganized from start to end, bad communication and I also think having to pay a full month’s rent when you made us move out before the month was over (May 2025) was greedy. We were contacted about “missing” furniture when it was YOUR staff that removed it per our request when we moved in, since we were told we could have beds/desks/chairs removed from the rooms if we wanted. We put in a work order for our bathroom door not locking and the maintenance guy claimed he looked at it but it was never fixed. It took so long for that to even happen that we didn’t bother putting in another work order or following up. Also, tenants are loud and obnoxious and property management will do nothing about after hours disturbances. Cheaply made and falling apart after only being here for what 3-4 years?

I lived here for two years because there was no campus housing but absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Too expensive for the cheaply made material and they raised rent the 2nd year i was there. Judd and Molly (owners) were horrible at communicating and getting back to me. I barely got anything back in my security deposit when i didn't do any structural damage. The only thing that needed to be redone was painting the walls after living there for two years, the walls are white by the way. What a joke, of course they're gonna get dirty. It's a joint deposit, meaning if one roomate does damage to the living space, we all take the hurt. Also, the amenities were a joke. Looks nice on the outside and inside, but a scam of a business!!!

Lived here for a year and it was super dysfunctional. Too pricy and got barely anything back in my security deposit when I broke nothing. Definitely a corrupt business!!! Don’t bother living here, so many better options.

Great place to live! Management does a great job!

Great place to live. Very convenient if you’re still going to school but want to keep away from campus.
