I moved in during the spring semester because I was studying abroad, and the person I subleased from said they loved the building, so I was really looking forward to living here. From my experience so far, I’m genuinely so glad I chose this building as my first apartment. Not only is everything brand new, but they also have so many amenities that are actually high quality and well maintained. I toured the place over winter break, and the person who showed me around (I think her name was Arkia) helped me fill out the application which was super helpful. Since moving in, the management team has continued to be responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I had an issue with my lease, and they called me every single day to make sure it was resolved which was so sweet and also the building itself is always clean, and you can tell they really put effort into creating a comfortable and modern living space. Overall, this has been such a great first apartment experience, and I would definitely recommend Accolade to anyone looking for a place in Minneapolis.

As I am living here longer and longer more and more issues pop up the only real building maintenance issue that's resolved promptly are elevator in trapments and breakdown. The front door systems remain broken despite my taking it to the front office many times. I have heard similar stories and when residents say we won't tolerate and are leaving they go and made a post on Instagram waving their hands goodbye like they don't care...wow like your really adopting the ignore our residents for new residents next fall because at 90 days in the send out renewals that are 9.5% higher and they can ask us to sign but haven't been able to even produce a utility bill...so the building will encourage your student to sign a contract on a unit they have no way to budget for utility wise. I was gonna provide a normal 90 day update but now I have to wait till hopefully November when I have all the information to give to make that video but it's a coming to my YouTube. This was a new build open August 1st 2025 why does it feel like I'm just trying to get by someplace cheap, because this isn't luxury. The building has such unreliable Internet I've had to go rent a hotel room to get all my work done in time can't film UGC in Starbucks now can I damn if I could work from home. The amount of broken non accessible "ammenties" seems like a good reason to steer clear a picture sure it looks bad a video nah you get the full scene. Also parents add $30-40 in a card fee each month so for example my 400 sq ft studio is in my lease listed at $1170 base but just paying for rent and the unavoidable liability fee my monthly amount now is up $1206 + unknown utilities and unknown hotel cost to finish my work. Don't worry I'm sure your student when a deadline pops up and they need to turn in that essay and can't and then starts to loose funding over something they can't control they too will freak out as I've seen residents breaking down over that because it's 9pm and everywhere is closed and if they leave they might not be able to park and they are scared to walk alone in the dark back to their "luxury highrise" So yeah I tried the nice way and sitting down with them in the office but that doesn't work welp I'm an influencer and I have to idk influence I wonder what effect that will have on their little so what if you leave video we can easily fool people with fake plants in front of issues. No you can't see the unit before hand. No if you renew and want to change units to downgrade sure but you again have no way in floor or unit it's just I'll let my manger know about it. All of the buildings around here offering these rent a room to students are ran by big companies that don't care about one bad review and that's quite alright because in the long run it'll fade into existence and they upload fake photos of AI generated ammenties for those overseas to be shocked with when they come here. Thus far I've only really been loud here on Google maps what a crying shame it would be if I were to make another few videos since I have to leave anyway to go find a place to upload and film reliably. I love my space but I don't really utilize most of the other amenities because Im so frustrated by oh let's go to the 4th floor nope the fireplace isn't working and that's trigger some and distracting let's go to sky deck oooo nope can't get reception. I recommend the lobby windows if you stick your phone right up to it'll work. This place continues to get worse I would have been fall to spring and wouldn't have renewed. The images are AI and the staff is in t leasing offices lies put it on paper or it didn't happen.

I have enjoyed living here so far! I live in a 2 bedroom and it is spacious and gets good natural light since it is south facing. I have had some issues as with any home, but the staff has always been super helpful and friendly! I would recommend this place to friends.

My roommates and I have emailed multiple times and they do not respond. There are many technical difficulties with the building with locks to doors and overall problems. I have a car spot in the garage and my car got fully robbed, lost about 600 dollars of stuff. Police and accolade did nothing to help. Smells like weed in many places. Trying to get out of my lease asap but they will not respond unfortunately. Otherwise it is very clean and nice apartment. Good for college students in a very convenient location. Staff is friendly but was a lot of confusion with car garage key. They told me to purchase a new one even thought it was fully their fault that it didn’t work. Still to this day have no key to get into garage. Rooms are comfortable but very cheap appliances. You get what you pay for!
