I liked living here! Rent wasn’t too bad the wards are great and attracts a cool crowd of people so you’ll likely get along with most roommates!

Decent place but for the price it’s not worth it. Water pressure is terrible and cold water most of the time even in the spring. Garbage internet that will be on and off if it even works. Elevator is broken 50% of the time as well. People are nice though and somewhat made it worth staying but will not be coming back.

The towers is incredible! Macy the manager is seriously the best! Super understanding and always willing to help. 11/10 would recommend

I love living at the Towers. Imo it's the best place to live in Rexburg. Macy is awesome. Amenities are nice. Location is a little far from campus compared to other housing but that's why you get a motorcycle. I have no complaints with the Towers!

I’ve had some great experiences with some great companies. This isn’t one of them. I’ll lay this out so you can judge for yourself. I have two children. One registered at BYU, the other registered at BYUI. Both signed up for student approved housing at their respective campuses. A family matter arose that would postpone their schooling for a short time. We promptly called both companies, and explained the situation. The company managing the housing at BYU was professional In every regard. In fact, they went above and beyond and did things we were not expecting. They canceled the housing contract, and even refunded the application fee. And that was it. No strings attached. They sent us a nice letter, saying they hope to see us back, and they definitely will. Dealing with the towers was a nightmare. I won’t get into all the nitty-gritty, but when they were presented with the exact same scenario, we were threatened with collections, not released from the contract, forced to find somebody to take half the contract, and eventually, WITHOUT PERMISSION, they took money for my daughter‘s bank account. literally zeroed her out. Absolutely profoundly disgusting. So that’s it. They even sent correspondence to my daughter stating that they were a corporation and it was their job to collect money… Wow… I own a corporation too. My job is to provide a needed service. If my service is good, money is a byproduct not the objective. So those are two of my nine kids. One of these companies will get my business and one of them won’t.
