I had an amazing experience living at The Railyard while attending UD. Honestly, I loved every minute of it. The apartments are modern, clean, and really well-designed for student living. Everything felt new and well-maintained, and the layout made it easy to relax, study, and hang out with friends. The location is perfect - super close to campus, restaurants, and everything going on in Newark, which made daily life really convenient and fun. The staff and management were also great - friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever anything came up. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live during my time at UD. I would absolutely recommend The Railyard to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and convenient student living experience.

I love living in my apartment at the Rail Yard! As a UD student, I was extremely happy to see how close it is to campus. It usually takes me about 10 minutes to get to class, which makes early mornings easier. Maintenance and management are always super helpful whenever you have an issue, as they respond very quick. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here!

Melissa was fabulous! She answered all of our questions patiently and guided us through the leasing process. Our son is a UD business major. The Railyard is a great location for him. Looking forward to living there. Highly recommend to other parents looking for housing for their college students.

Rail Yard provides a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, with beautiful rooms and thoughtful amenities that truly support student success. The entire complex feels well-maintained and intentionally designed. I felt confident knowing my daughter was in a safe, supportive setting.

I love love love my apartment at the Rail Yard! The space is very clean, including all of the amenities like the gym and the clubhouse. The maintenance team are on top of it when you put in a request, and they’re very nice! Logen was so helpful getting me settled in on move in day and he has such a positive spirit and vibe! Hannah was also very helpful in answering any questions I had too! Would highly recommend for students!!
