Main Street Court Apartments, newark-de

My daughter lived at Main Street Court for 2 years (first year in a furnished apartment and second year in an unfurnished townhome unit). The units were large, updated, clean and very well maintained and I felt they were very safe with cameras and a locked door to the apartment building. Their proximity to Main Street and campus are excellent. But what makes Main Street Court so great is the responsiveness of management and maintenance. Both Chrystal in the front office and Kenny (in maintenance) went above and beyond to make sure any issues that arose were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this complex to any UD student.

Main Street Court was such an amazing place to live for my roommates and I. The apartment layouts were very spacious and comfortable. Chrystal and Kenny were always available and responsive whenever needed (they are the best). The community there made our year so much fun! Therefore, we will miss this place and will always remember the great memories made at Main Street Court!

I had arguably the best meal of my life hand crafted by Chef Barber of 328. Steak dinner with rutabaga and green beans. Highly recommend and I will DEFINITELY come again. Well done, very pleasant experience overall. (Chef pictured in the middle)

My roommates and I absolutely loved living at MSC! The management was always so helpful as well as the maintenance guy, was always around to answer our questions. We had an amazing time living in these apartments that were so close to Main Street and campus. Price was affordable compared to others around campus. It was a great first apartment!! We had an amazing time here!!

beautiful apartments and management team is great! office was great at communication and answering phone calls, Kenny from maintenance is the best! i would definitely recommend living here if you go to UD. on holidays they give our treats in the lobby too :)
