Campus Management is wonderful! Grant and Carlito, the landlord and building manager, are super helpful and understanding. These apartments are clean and safe, and we loved living here for a year! Great space. Perfect distance to Marquette and Milwaukee activities.

Lived at Marquette 2 for two years and the service was great! Whenever I had questions I got a response in a timely manner and when I needed maintenance work it was addressed within the day or two! Highly recommend living in one of their properties!

Hands-down the best property management company on Marquette's campus. Grant (manager) is so kind and approachable, and he really goes above and beyond to accommodate every tenant's needs whenever possible. Carlito (maintenance) is super quick to respond to requests (pretty sure any issues I had were resolved within 24 hours, often times sooner), and he does a phenomenal job keeping the properties safe and clean (pretty sure he was always the first person on campus to be outside shoveling after a snow fall!). Some other perks of leasing with Campus Management include a super user-friendly online portal for paying rent, well-maintained (and often newly renovated) units, and many options for parking (including underground garage spots). Overall, I loved my two years of living at a Campus Management property, and I will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for housing on Marquette's campus!

My roommates and I really enjoyed living at The Edge! The location is perfect as a student at Marquette, especially if you are a dental student. I felt safe living here and the units are well maintained. Both the bathrooms had large mirrors, granite countertops and lots of storage which was great. The underground parking is also a nice perk considering how brutal the winters can be here. Grant, the building manager, is very nice as well as the Carlito, the maintenance man, who was quick to respond to the few maintenance needs that we had. Overall we had a pleasant experience living at The Edge and working with Campus Management And would recommend it to those looking for a place on campus!
