I moved into my first apartment at Marquee Communities and the experience has been wonderful! Management had been accessible, friendly, and supportive throughout my moving experience and while I have been a tenant. The building is nicely kept and the apartments are beautiful and comfortable. The area is also cute and the apartments are located in a convenient spot where many things are within walking distance. There are also cameras around the building, in the hallways, and generally throughout the area since it’s right next to a college campus. I’m very happy with my experience here!

I am a new tenant at Marquee Communities. The leasing process was extremely smooth and I had a really great experience with the process leading up to signing the lease! The management was super helpful answering any questions I had, helped me to find the perfect studio that fit all my needs, and overall were super helpful navigating the world of first time renting. I found the people to be really kind and super responsive. Exactly what I was looking for when leasing! Not to mention the space is BEAUTIFUL. They have obviously worked hard to curate a functional and modern living space and I also have to say the appliances are super nice. The tour was lovely, the leasing process was easy, and I am so excited I've found my new home thanks to Marquee Communities!

Obviously the positive reviews about this place is made by bot/burner accounts. Entrance doors are always left open and not to mention the rat have eaten their way trough the back door and chewed a hole in the wall near the laundry room. Upon moving in there were no pest but about 6 months into my lease I began to see roaches. Month after month I requested that the pest be eliminated how ever all that happened was pest control. After filling a service request for the mold in the bathroom causing the wall to fall apart a plastic cut out board was screwed onto the wall as a cover up. Today makes 21 days since my rental agreement end and no one has contacted me about my security deposit. When I called the call was disconnected and after calling back 2 additional times I got the same result. No one uses the trash cans in the back and on several occasion I had to clean up the premises due to the block being trashed. DO NOT get packages delivered as they are sure to be stolen by tenants. I mean they will still things that have no real value. Rent at this property at your own risk. The neighborhood being safe is a falsity. I have seen multiple car windows broken and even had a homeless person sleeping/living in the basement.

Christian and Kiera were very helpful while I was apartment hunting. I was in need of a short term lease and they were the only place in Milwaukee that offered me a lease that was acceptable to end in the winter. They also kept great communication with me during the whole process. While I had a few problems when moving in (with maintenance), they were sure to send someone right away. The studio is great for a student like myself. You also can’t beat the price! Security seems to be good as the front and back doors are locked and they have security cameras too. I also haven’t had any problems with parking or loud tenants. The neighborhood is alright and I also love being right next to downtown and a variety of food options. Would definitely recommend!

So I have lived here since January of 2023, right in the middle of when they transferred owners so things were a little messy communication wise, but they are getting better and it shows, I don’t have to talk to management much but when I do the people who work there do actually seem to care. Kiera was very professional with me and help shed some light on something I didn’t quite understand. Since I’ve moved in they have made the place look very nice with new paint and carpet in the common areas. Other than that I believe I’ve only had to call maintenance twice, the first time was because the washer drain was clogged and it was fixed next business day after I put in the request, and the second was for a water leak from the upstairs neighbor and even after hours he was there ready to fix it faster than some places I’ve lived where maintenance staff is on site The actual apartments themselves are quite nice and feel homey, in some of the smaller studios you have to get creative with how you use space especially in the kitchen but that’s just how studios are. But the appliances are nice, the countertops are nice solid stone, the floors are solid and don’t creek or anything. All around the inside does have a nice premium feel, and if you get creative you can definitely make it work for the size. I have never once felt unsafe living here, the Marquette police patrol the area all the time most nights there’s one that just sits and chills at the end of the block, cool dude. There are a lot of students or at least people student age that live on my floor specifically so if you’re socially inclined it’ll be easy for you to make friends. All in all for the price you can’t beat it. The location is great, the insides feel premium, maintenance staff is on point, not much more you can really ask for.
