⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Terrazul Miami Apartments has been an amazing place to live! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are top-notch. Management and staff are professional, responsive, and truly care about residents, which makes a huge difference. The location is convenient and close to everything you need. I highly recommend Terrazul Miami to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to call home.

Do not live here. The rent that they advertised does not take in to account the fees that they charge on top which is easily an extra $200 - $300 a month. They also don't have parking so if you park anywhere near the building you will either get a ticket or your car towed and trust me its not worth it. The amenities are dirty and are getting worn out. And management is by far the worse. Everyone here is incompetent and couldn’t care less about any problems. There is so much more i could say but trust me this building is not worth it you’re much better going to one of the other buildings nearby.

The building is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. I had a great experience, and I especially want to thank Julian and Carlos. They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend!
