We had a great young lady that toured us. She mentioned that they were working on the wait list and that by midnight the open apartments to rent was going to show online. We waited until midnight, applied to a 1 bedroom apartment, paid $100 for the application fees. The next day I called 3 times and left 3 voicemail because I needed to find out which credit bureau it's used for credit check as my credit is blocked for fraud prevention. No one ever called us back, or let us know about the application status. Also, you can only apply online! But no one returns your calls.

I absolutely love living in this community. It is an excellent place to call home—very clean, well maintained, and safe. The green areas are beautiful and create a peaceful environment, and the dog park is a wonderful space, especially for pet owners. What truly makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone is kind, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to highlight Daniela, who assisted me throughout the entire move-in process. She made everything easy and smooth from the very beginning, explaining each step clearly and making the experience stress-free. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made a big difference. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to live.

Everyone at the leasing office was fantastic! The property was managed much better than other student apartments we walked. Clean, modern, and safe. Top priorities when looking for our kid at U Miami.

We toured Red Road Commons a few weeks ago. So the place is really immaculate. The rooms looked like they were new or recently renovated. Beautiful kitchen with nice wood cabinets, new appliances. The bathroom sparkling clean and updated. All rooms were spacious. The pool is gorgeous just like their website shows, and the common social area very trendy and updated. Looking online, we wondered if their pictures were accurate, and I'm sharing ours from March 2022 to show they are great. The staff was extremely helpful. Taylor gave my son a tour in between classes, and she was friendly, thorough and went out of her way to make him feel comfortable. Natasha helped me apply while walking me through the application on the phone. She was very patient and was a great help. If you are looking for a place near UM, and want something updated with nice amenities that is fairly priced for the area, I would recommend stopping in. Thank you Natasha and Taylor❣️

Daniel is kind, educated, and knowledgeable. Has helped me everytime I needed anything and definitely is a highlight about the apartment complex. Always welcomes everyone into the office with a smile and makes everyone feel comfortable when they are inquiring about an apartment.
